Housemate Promo #4 - 2/09 - Mandurah Magician / Lawson

Sooo my theory is that this Rob guy on twitter is either Alex or some other BB person leading us on..
Why would the account never post anything except tag @BehindBB in its first post and not #BBAU they intentionally wanted our attention. Also, they mention that it's a friend from the west (leading on with Mandurah) I think in hopes that we keep searching WA Perth and Mandurah. Personally I think he was born in Mandurah but isn't there anymore.
Anyway, just throwing this theory out there.

Oh yeah and saying Laws so that's what we search. I'm ignoring this guy and doing my own thing :)
Or the mate knows he is supposed to keep quiet so has made a throw away twitter account so it doesn't get back to him.

I have a theory about all of the promos.
So we know they're going in Two-By-Two (did you know? ;))

I just re-watched the original ad and there are seven couples (14 individuals).

So the original promo's actors are representations of the housemates, where we saw a traditionally dressed indian woman (Priya), paired with a man in similar traditional attire, a guy in blue sporting attire (Dion), paired with a woman in similar sporting attire (the one with the snake tongue), and maybe there was a baker and and a magician at the back? idk... and so yeah, they're being paired either with people they know from the outside, or with people from similar walks of life whom they've never met. So if that's the case, then judging by the original promo, within the next few days we should see promos for a country-type-person, some sort of doctor, a hipster, a person who likes drinking Slurpies, and maybe the leading couple represent a normal or decadent pair.

The only thing I'm unsure of is, in an article posted earlier tonight, Alex said there were only ten contestants. If contestants means that the pairs compete as one person, so there are actually 20 individuals, I don't know. But if that's the case, it could be that another two couples (four individuals) go in the following night, making it 24 in total, 14 "contestants". That or the promo just has four people too many, idk.

I've just given myself a headache though, what a stuff-around.

Give me a S/O if this has already been said and I'm making an arse out of myself

Didn't we hear that not everyone would be goin in on the first night? I know that some more will be goin in on Tuesday - LIVE SHOW

i wonder what the next HM will be (if there is another one) and how alex will present it to throw us off the scent (its getting like a game US vs Alex) and the rest of australia doesnt really know about it

Okay, something very weird just happened... it's either a massive coincidence, or there is a connection here!

I've been typing in random Google searches, alternating between names and words, etc, and just then I used: "robbiemccormack26 perth mandurah"

There was a link to this article: http://mandurah.inmycommunity.com.a...Stop-sex-on-the-street-Vincent-mayor/7642871/

Let me highlight a couple of words from that article for you all:

CITY of Vincent Mayor Alannah MacTiernan says she is on the phone to police on a weekly basis, trying to tackle a resurgence in street prostitution in the Highgate area.

Speaking after a council meeting in which a number of residents expressed frustration about the issue, Ms MacTiernan said the City was looking to take strong action, including increased lighting, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and the appointment of a specific person to liaise with police.

“I’m speaking to the police two or even three times a week about this issue,” she said. “Unfortunately we don’t have the powers that they have in New York, we can’t direct the police, but we are encouraging them to act – I made sure there was a police officer there at this week’s meeting, so he could hear what people were saying.”

Ms MacTiernan said the City would speak to Homeswest following an allegation that sex workers were operating from one particular property on Smith Street.

At the council meeting on March 26, six Highgate residents spoke of their frustration about street prostitution and its effects, including used syringes and condoms, public sex, and harassment from kerb crawlers, pimps and sex workers.

Alexandra Lawson, who grew up in the area, said she saw drug dealing happening on her street as a young girl.

“I’ve known about the issue for 20 years, and nothing has improved,” she said.

“There are three brothels within walking distance from me – I don’t feel safe walking along my own street at night.”

Robert McCormack said the issue continued to be a serious problem along the Smith-Stirling-Lincoln bracket of streets near Perth Oval.

“We see syringes and used condoms all over the street, there’s been public sex, and we’ve had threats, including death threats from pimps and girls,” he said.

Ms MacTiernan said she would like to see an operation to ‘name and shame’ kerb crawlers, and road-closures that would make it difficult for them to solicit sex in the area.

Sex workers’ association Scarlet Alliance spokeswoman Rebecca Davies said that sex workers in the area had complained of police harassment, but denied there was harassment from men soliciting sex workers.

She said that sex workers in the area were working independently, and that pimping was not an issue.

Ummmm?!! AS IF THE NAME LAWSON JUST APPEARS IN THE SAME ARTICLE WITHOUT ME SEARCHING FOR IT?!

We need to find this Alexandra Lawson on social media... just to rule out that she's not possibly a sibling of the magician perhaps? Ironically, this Alexandra Lawson is also a law student. If this Robbie McCormack is who he says he is, then he and Alexandra probably know each other, thus being linked in the above article together.

Anyway, just throwing this theory out there......

^ I'm thinking he still resides in Mandurah

Big Brother to watch over Mandurah housemate

MANDURAH'S habit of producing realty television stars looks set to continue with a local resident chosen for this year's Big Brother Australia.
Already this year the Peel region's Chloe James has graced the small screen on My Kitchen Rules, and House Rules stars Russell and Carole found themselves at the centre of a scandal after it was revealed they owned a property in Halls Head.
Mystery surrounds the identity of the local Big Brother housemate, but all will be revealed next week when the latest edition of the long-running show debuts on Monday

I'm surprised that an article about kerbside sex workers didn't show up @MADONNA's name.
