Housemate #5 TULLY!

I don't hate Tully. She obviously has a few issues that need some attention.

I'm kind of nervous for her when she gets evicted, cause it is going to be a hell of a mess and mentally and emotionally I don't think she will handle it well.

Yes, that is what scares me.

I can still feel the shock I had when the French contestant committed suicide. I saw him for 3 months in the house, and then he killed himself.

l.a.r.a. yes it is going to be a tricky one for the Producers how they handle her.

She is going to need a media minder for sure, how they deal with keeping her away from social media and the like is going to be the tricky one.

Hopefully they just don't let her loose to the wolves.

Why did he kill himself?

I'm hoping once she is evicted, people are satisfied and will eventually not care. I'm honestly hoping that it is because she hasn't been evicted that people are over reacting and so when she is, they'll move on. I think big brother will needs to intervene a little once she is evicted and perhaps distract the audience and bb fans with something big, just so the rage is subdued maybe. I don't know just something

Don't know, I just think she hasn't got a desirable 'character' for BB. She's fought hard but seems a little unwilling to take advice from or bond with the other HMs, and she also lets her emotions control her. She provided entertainment for a while but at this point it's getting old.

She's unpredictable and creates drama and I find her entertaining. I think she's well suited to the show (not taking into account the hate she'll get afterwards though). She also has real bonds with people, especially Drew, but also some of the others, which was obvious because of how distraught she was at some of the evictions.

He thought he was loved by the public and found out that he wasn't.

He gave an interview after the show, and you could see he wasn't well, soon after he killed himself

Oh wow! That's terrible! How heartbreaking for him and his family.

Definitely got a genuine bond with Drew. I think some (not all) of her tears after evictions were more because of the situation rather than the actual evictee. She's mentioned that her emotions run high.

Anyway, there are times when I like Tully. I kind of see her in the same way I see Tahan, can be entertaining and is a good competitor, but I just think too much drama isn't a good thing.

Opinions are wonderful things :P

But the bad part is, as evidenced by people on here. People are taking her weakness as if it's some evil bad side she's using against people. Spinning some sort of intelligence behind it. Where they're unable to have any sympathy for the girl.

It's one of those things, nothings worse for someone who is emotionally hurt or upset to have someone come a long and tell them their emotions and feelings aren't valid. That's the attitude many people display towards Tully. It's a quite abhorrent attitude if you ask me.

It's amazing how many armchair psychologists there is out there though on the net, with a PHD in Google search. analyzing a complete strangers behaviour from a edited Tv show.

I wish BB would show us something else about Tully. We see only a few minutes of the day, I am sure he can show us where she is happy, but that would be boring (sigh)

Yeah, exactly why I hope all the people who vote read the live feeds and watch the videos. The housemates appear so different sometimes. Probably not the case, unfortunately.

I hate to say this, and I admit I have no evidence to back this up just a gut feeling.

I'm not sure Drew is going to be all that good for Tully when they get out. Drew is a Melb guy right? and Tully is from Sydney.

There will definitely be separation and that I think is going to add to the whole drama. Also I feel Drew is a lot like Tully and needs somebody all the time. If Tully can't reconcile with her GF and Drew is not there and possibly leverages off his fame to look up with a new girl or go back to the old GF, then things are going to get ugly in Tullys world very quickly.

It isn't this simple at all. The man killed himself in 2011, 2 years AFTER his series aired. He had alcohol, drug and depression issues at the time. BB did not kill him, he needed help which he did not get. I guess you think the Nurse in the UK was killed by the radio DJ's too?

I'm sure Tully will have no trouble finding a new partner if Drew or Tahlia are no longer there for her, although both would be stupid not to want to be there for her.

I watched the show, and learned about his death. He had no alcohol problems. He was depressed because of the reaction of the public. He thought they liked him, but they didn't.

I do thing the nurse killed herself because she had a mental problem, the DJs are not responsible for her death

It's unlikely that Drew or Tully would move states just to be with each other (that would be cool if they did though) and I don't think Tahlia would go back to her now after watching her declare her love for someone else and hook up with him several times, in addition to the fact that she'd get a lot of public backlash if she went back to her. But yeah, Tully wouldn't find it hard to find someone else.

I think Tahlia still cares about Tully, considering she's telling others to stop giving her so much hate. It's likely Tahlia will support/ comfort her if she needs it, but she probably won't continue the relationship.

Wouldn't find it hard? She would find it hard as everyone would now know how mentally fragile and high maintenance she is.

She still cares about her but she must be a bit pissed off. They'll be friends at most after this.

I already love her and I don't even know her personally, so it can't be that hard.
