Housemate #5 TULLY!

Tully's job title isn't a 'Social Media' that doesn't even make sense. Its a 'Social Media Strategist' and she was on a hefty salary for her job, and was also poached three times over the past two years by bigger and better companies offering her a higher salary each time.. So i'd say that job isn't going anywhere anytime soon for those interested in the field. In fact i think it's only the beginning of jobs in relation to the many social platforms.

And yes, Tully has been a massive whimp this week! Haha the dork. But i am not at all surprised, she wears her heart on her sleeve, is already an emotional person, totally hates change and hates not knowing what the future holds. Going into BB for her was an experiment for her on herself, she was aware of this!

Yes she cry's a lot, who cares. If she didn't I'd be worried.

I think the proof is in the pudding. Yes the half hour snipped showed Tull having a hissy fit and looking like an idiot.. But only one of her fellow housemates, who spend 24 hours a day with her had something bad to say about her. I think thats more proof than i need to know she is doing just fine. BB can air and manipulate any situation. Just remember that.

firstly, you're very brave to check in on here. Be prepared for very horrible and nasty comments as well as the good ones. If Tully truly has studied BB and knows this forum and created your account etc then she knew what she was exposing you to.

as we don't get 24/7 cover like the good old days we have to rely on the edits. Tully started very strong - stood up to Tim and was well liked at the start by viewers. then the outbursts began and she's started to lose some love. on the positive she's hardly been nominated so either she's a lot nicer than we've been shown or a great manipulator. time will tell.

A friend who watches bb for gambling purposes just messaged me asking for betting purposes who will win.

I said Tully eek. She gets a lot of dislike online but developed a strong fan base early. It's unusual for a female to win, less unusual for a lesbian to win. But if she gets a hold on her emotions she's got a bloody good chance. I really think she has the goods.

It's doing to be really hard to get her to the final with six nominees and vote to save. But I will try my hardest to save.

I never thought in a million years Ben would win. Pressure is on giving betting advise haha

Several times she has had a go at Mikkayla (who IMO is the so called 'weakest' female in the house), she would never have had a go at Heidi, as I think she would rip her head off)

Then the sisters entered & she had a meltdown.

Just seeing the little bit of the sisters last night, I don't think they will be pushovers. Yes the are giggly & 'loud', but it could all be an act.

I think if you upset one of them the other will rip you apart.

Did you ever consider that Tully is just a girl trying hard to work out where she fits in? I don't feel it is about her trying to be "Queen Bee", it is about Tully having a very direct, controlling and over opinionated nature, three traits I am guilty of. There have been many times in my life where I have been so caught up in what I think, I overlook the opinions of others, which is a huge character flaw on my part.

With honest feedback and constructive criticisms, like we have seen with other housemates sharing their opinions with Tully regarding her being guilty of the things she has accused others (Mikkayla) of, will cause her to reflect on her own flaws and I believe when we know better, we do better.

To me Tully appears to be a very direct and honest person. I think the reason she has had a few altercations with Mikkayla has nothing to do with you seeing Mikkayla as the "weakest female in the house", it comes down to the fact Mikkayla fucked Tully off and Tully voiced it. I firmly believe if and when Heidi fucks Tully off, she will respond in the same way.

You are right, Tully did have that brief moment of horror when the girls entered, and not that I agree with her response, I can understand it. Just when she thought she had some control of her environment, she found she didn't, and responded with the inappropriate Tully-honesty we love to judge. While she is not in my Top 5, I do like a strong natured and opinionated person, whether I agree with them or not.

I haven't seen the sisters yet, I am going to watch the eviction show today. I like fluffy fussy girls, they make me smile, and I think I will like watching them.

I think a lot of Tully's responses/breakdowns this week come down to it first week shock, which wasn't helped by being stuck in the halfway house (Those bed alone would make me certifiable). Hopefully she might relax a little and catch her breath this week in the safe house because when she went in I really liked her but not so much lately so would love to see her bounce back.
 
On digital spy the hm threads are appreciation only but not here. It was strange the people.coming into the Ben thread to say stuff about him last year. If I don't like a hm I don't bother saying much about them.
 
Tully I hate or love depending on the day and her mood. Lately not liking at all. But havent written her completely off just yet.

She is a classic control freak and not being able to control certain situations is very hard for her...

Over the years its been generally accepted that a HM thread is accepted as a supporters / comments thread.. Not a hate forum that you seem to get your jollys from.

I thought last nights noms made a big statement re Jully's position + 0r - in the house.. One HM gave her 1 two point vote. Which really tells a story of Nine's editing.

Yes the tears are a constant negative but I see a lot of positives with Tully, I hope she goes well into the series.
 
Can go from sweetheart to bitch mode in under a milli second. I'll cut her some slack because of her mum's situation but her temperament makes her come across as high maintenance and difficult to deal in a live-in situation. Her tanties make her great fodder for the household though. :) Would like for her to go far but not sure she's winner material.
