I really want to move back to BB topic only, but need to respond to your post.
Just like there is night and day, there has to be at least two distinct choices in our Gov's. We all don't think the same (obviously) and some believe in gay marriage, some don't and others like me don't give a hoot what people want to do. If people want to ruin a perfectly good relationship, then by all means get married.
The only reason they have changed a small part of the NBN is because every single street in australia from the road to every house will need to be ripped up to get the new NBN cables into homes. All the libs i guess are trying to do is try and save the taxpayers from spending an extra 50billion dollars.
i know something about cable communication [ my area of work ] and the difference in net speed between the new NBN cable going all the way into a house or stopping just outside is negligible. You won't even notice much difference.
Lastly, to suggest the libs have contempt for science and education is crazy. The majority of Liberal candidates come from well educated families and know to well how important education is.
I don't lead towards labor, liberal or any party. My choice comes down to whom will get the country back on track, it just seems to always be left up to the Libs, then they get the flack for it. incredible really.
