I could not agree more. She believes she is better than others and shows no signs of being a humble person. But I have to give her props on daring to address the drully situation.
 
I think she's just confident and very vocal. Guys are often like that - like the guys currently in the house - but they get less shit for it because girls are supposed to come off as more gracious and less brash. I don't think she's full of herself, she just has a lot of confidence. Unfortunately, that's a strange thing for girls to have. Even beautiful girls like Jade still have crippling insecurities... whereas Tahan doesn't.

I LOVE her confidence, personally. Yes, she comes off as harsh a lot of times, but I think it's because she knows who she is and doesn't take crap from anyone. Most of the other girls in the house aren't at that point yet. Not even Heidi was, and she's a fair bit older than Tahan.

She could definitely learn a thing or two from Jade though when it comes to keeping quiet at times. I love how much Tahan talks (lol) but she really does need to be more diplomatic for her own sake.

the live feed isnt always an accurate representation of how things happen but if i watch and that scene plays out the way i think it did then Tahan has earned at least a handful of save votes from me.

I think jade and her could learn a thing or two from each other. Tahan needs to learn to filter what she says some of the time, jade needs to believe in herself more. Like I said, tahan does rate herself highly, but you know what? Why shouldn't she. She just needs to calm down on the whole im better than them persona. Other than that, she is fearless, a quality I love about her

That's true. It is frustrating that they can't put up videos of this. Maybe they don't want to reveal too much and leave it for the screens. She is feisty and she is upfront when she wants to be. Following the video of the boys just bitching and complaining about the situation, tahan took charge and adressed it to their faces.

I totally agree. She needs to vocalize it better/less maybe.

She has a very obviously boyish quality to her. Most girls who say that are usually full of it, but she actually does act like "one of the boys". It's hard for girls' girls to understand. Funny because Jade calls herself a guy's girl, but I think her personality more matches up with those of girls than boys.
 
If you call putting other people down having confidence in oneself then well???? we disagree on the meaning of confidence....she seems very insecure, always looking at herself in the mirror, she stinks in comps, seems to just depend on her looks to get by and always checking herself out

i think people get the wrong impression of Tahan just because she's pretty. you need to learn to look past the surface.
 
I believe she got that trait from her dad, that's what she said.
Larfirenze, again you are so right. It is unusual for a girl and I admire her guts. Even her rant in the diary room was her way of letting off steam. When you're angry and upset, all reasoning flys out the window. I cannot hold her to that and call her a bitch. Wish I had her confidence. No wonder she gets along very well with guys. She makes a good chum. I wish my daughter had half her confidence but none of her brashness. Still like her no matter and hopes she stays for another couple of weeks to battle the sisters and Mikkayla esp.

I thought it was highlarious when I saw the sisters attempting to do a rolypoly or whatever. They seem to be taking Heidi's advice to heart but I think they need to be more innovative and come up with viewer entertaining activities.

I agree that she needs to stop doing that as much. What she's doing is being BRUTALLY honest, though, it's not even that it's coming from nothing. She's the opposite of diplomatic - she's brash, doesn't care. Most guys are like that, except less bitchy when it suits them. Tahan needs to learn when to stay quiet on that front, especially in this case. The problem is, she's just way way way too honest.

I do think she needs to smarten up on that though. It DOES come off as immature. She has some growing up to do.

I think jade is a girls girl too. I think she thinks she isn't only because of issues she may have had with them in the past. She is beautiful and she is flirty which makes her a target for bitchy jealous like girls.

Tahan is definitely one of the boys. Her social etiquette to her mannerisms are that of a typical guy. Just like a guy she will joke around and tease and make fun of others even her friends. It doesn't mean she is intentionally being a bitch but it's her personality to be a guy. She doesn't realise she is even doing it though. She is harmless
 
I think Tahan is copping way too much BS for what she said in the diary room. If Tim had made that exact speech everyone would have probably laughed, but because she is female and a beautiful one at that everyone is put off.
 
Tahan is harmless, her voice is bigger than her, Tahan displays her confidence which in turn gives her strength to continue.
If Tahan is evicted I think she would handle it in her stride, knowing that she gave it her best shot.
Tully on the other hand is the complete opposite to Tahan, if I were to choose which personality I prefer it would be Tahan's.
Tahan is not needy or clingy and knowing she is wanted out of the house... is not crying.
Yeah she could tone down the..... I'm here to win... but she does want to win and I'm guessing the others would like to too otherwise no one would care and they would all just have fun and enjoy their holiday and agree to split the money, whoever wins. :D
 
Yep, again I can't fault that she is still young and needs to hold back on her brutal honesty. You got it right in that Jade is more of a girl's girl. She appeals to all the females who see her softer side. She wants a man to, get married and have babies. I guess my thought processes are a lot different from most women. I like that Tahan is independent of emotional attachments and has taken being a multiple evictee in her stride. She is not playing the game right but I'm still rooting for her. Have you heard of making a mountain out of a mole hill? I see Lord of the Flies taking shape.
 
Tahan is simply jealous of Jade that's the only unreasonable clue she wants her out....remember she and only she can be the most beautiful one in the house

No, if you have been following the show and live feeds from day one that is not the case. In Tahan's case beauty has nothing to do with it. She felt at a disadvantage when it came to playing up to the men as she had a BF. she was honest abt it. I would and definitely can confirm Jade is more threatened or insecure when it comes to beauty. She overheard Ed saying that his ideal girl would have Tahan's face/head and Jade's body. He is more into brunettes remember?
 
Tahan is really growing on me.. Her brutal honestly is often what a lot of us are thinking anyway and as some have already said - if Tim was making the same speeches, he would be receiving cheers and laughs! I think she might be a dark horse in this race.. There seems to be a two-way jealousy between Tahan and Jade (Jade to Tim: "You're not going to become friends with TAHAN are you??") and Jade's issue probably stems from her own insecurities and the fact that she overheard Ed saying he would choose Tahan's face over hers.. But either way, I like how she stands up to those hideous sugar sisters and hasn't changed her strategy/personality just because people don't seem to like it. Good on her. It's refreshing to see such an (over) confident girl in there - I hope the kids watching take a leaf out of her book and not Jade's! Girls, you do not need a man to make you feel good about yourself!!
