I don't understand though why people care so much to vote to save boring people. Even if you think they are nice. Why be motivated?

I'd never vote for a chick on one of these shows just because she is hot.

Well, it's either that or people actually find him ... entertaining.
I've always assumed that most voters would be t(w)een girls who would be that shallow, though of course there's no statistical evidence to support that assumption.
Well for me I'd rather see someone like him than bitchy people.
I would like to hear him in conversations, I have had a tiny bit from BB but not enough. BB does that a lot. I am frustrated, for example the Dinner with questions, I want to hear more of what they have to say, not just a phrase from some selected HMs
For me BB is HMs living together and watch what ever happens. Matt has done nothing I dislike, so I like him, like his style.
rainbows and lollipops comments I don't know what to do with that kind of comment.
I am very critical about people, I don't see life in black and white.
I like positive people because there is enough ugliness in real life, so yes I like to watch a show which makes me happy.
I will defend HMs if I think the Haters didn't understand that person and will give them my reasons.
But he's not.
But the two who left are far more likely to add to conversations than him. As they are both intelligent people with a lot of viewpoints.
He is just a, whatever, she'll be right kind of non opinion, not liking having opinions kind of person.
More and more I am thinking it's older horny woman. Bored house wifes ect that like the muscles and eye candy.
They then also have the maternal thing to like Ben as if he's an injured puppy.
I think the teenage girls are more for the love story or the guys they think are cool.
I really think it's time some of the muscles left, preferable Mat or Ed, Caleb seems to at least have some personality. I'm afraid if this keeps going we'll be stuck with a very boring show.

Yes, Matt comes across as unpleasantly smug and arrogant. Not to mention butchering the English language - what was that word he mispronounced last night during nominations? Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Both are very full of themselves. They so smack of the whole, not bright, at some point they tried and failed. So there for go through life trying to have as few opinions as possible so it doesn't come up.
Someone like Ed so loves himself. The whole show is just ego patting for him. That he's such a great and lovely guy. When really he's in shape and apparently good looking. The only reason he's nice is that he thinks he's awesome and is happy about that. Otherwise there's nothing else going on in there or he's learnt to not really voice it.

Yep. And not just smug, but arrogant, condescending, controlling, bossy and - after what we saw tonight of him going on about being the halfway-girls' leader and telling them what to do etc - borderline misogynistic. In a group of young-men-only, I could imagine him speaking unfavourably about women.
liked matt after tonight. He was obviously taking the piss, he has never disrespected any of the women in there and they all love him...if talking about getting massaged by a girl on each limb isn't obvious enough that he was having a bit of fun then the mind boggles. Also when tully and jasmine were chatting at the fence about jade they went through each guy...when they spoke of matt they said how he told her to back off or something, good for him. was nice to see more of him, he's not just a walking six pack after all.
