I agree, I would say Josh's eyes were his least attractive feature. I suppose his personality would be more attractive than his appearance anyway.

Drew has really nice eyes.

It is definitely because they are the current housemates. If Drew was on the show in 2001 he would not have as many votes.
 
I had to vote for Jamie 2006, since before he was on BB I worked in the bottle shop he used to go to, and I used to dash to the counter to serve him before anyone else could lol

I am not saying he wouldn't top the poll/he isn't attractive. I am just saying the fact that everyone knows what he looks like helps. Some have admitted to not even remembering what some of the poll options look like. If he was on in 2001 I highly doubt he would have 40 votes. That is just my opinion though.
 
I have a theory if Ed dressed as a hipster.. he would overshadow Drew
