Has Jade been treated unfairly by Big brother?

I'll be honest, I think some of the points are valid, whilst some are just nitpicking.

In saying some points are valid though, at one time or another hm's have had the same treatment. Just a different scenario

I know - I actually feel very uncomfortable for Ed and the rest of the housemates having to hear her consistently talk about it. SHe reminds me of me, going on and on and on about something.

I saw it as a perfect opportunity for Jade to grow a spine and ask Ed wtf he was smoking, but no, he gave her a rock and waffled about her elbows etc and she lapped it up. Jeebus, her Ed obsession is/was the most dynamic thing about her.

No-one can deny she's a nice girl and a loyal friend and thats due to her edits as well. So on balance I'd say she's gotten a fair shake.

if they really wanted to mess with her, they could have sent in a smoking hot intruder (I'm sure they had their options) who was reasonably smart, sure Ed would take a liking. Maddie is no where near as hot as Jade.

Nitpicking maybe but when you add them all up its a nice little nest egg. Just because I dont have the time to go through every point doesn't mean there are no other points. Its already been made pretty clear that people who dont like Jade are not going to see any of it as a problem. A lot of people know that and answer with "its normal, all of us accept less in regards to our favs" and thats where I have a huge issue with people who dont like Jade. I dont like Mik and yet I saw her eviction as a joke. I dont like Tahan and yet I cried when her family went in. I dont like Tully and yet I defended her when people were hoping she got booed when evicted. So god forbid I expect any respect or support in return. One of the worst things is having everyone walk around saying its not true. Just because you dont care doesn't mean others dont and sure as hell doesnt mean its not happening.

A good example of this was a thread made in regards to a Mik fan being worried her votes were not counting leading up to the eviction. She was put down, laughed at, told to shut up, told to give it a rest and it was pretty much ruled that it was a joke and not important. EVEN AFTER I posted saying I tried to vote, my vote for Mik got no reply and then when I voted for Boogs I got a message back. The person had a reason to be upset and you guys just didn't even listen. In fact, unless its something about the golden girl Tahan, Tahan fans pretty much are nothing but rude and move around with a pack mentality making sure no one who thinks other wise would even think about posting.

So my point is its not just in the house. Its in the forum and on facebook and twitter and even the BB website. What I dont understand is why there has to be so much hatred and what makes my mind change is the type of people that tahan seem to attract to her as followers. Not to say Tahan fans are all bad but she is clearly being looked up to as an indicator of whats ok and whats not in regards to how they treat others.

They tried that, clearly their idea of smoking is not the same as ours.
 
So yeah. I want Jade to make final three. Not just because i like her, not just because she is a sweet and down to earth girl but mainly because she is the underdog and is in the house only because of her fans. She is who we picked, not who BB set up to be desirable enough to follow to the ends of the earth.

And I agree with Ben, they tried and tried and the public still didnt want him. Kinda like them trying to get people like Jade and Mik out of the house. Between the fans and the other hm's saving them its no surprise they are working so hard now they are up tog et them out once and for all.

The nice little nest is a perception created that there is a conspiracy that jade is hated IMO. Too many small things that can be interpreted a different way by others yet by jade fans (not all jade fans) leads to a mistreatment of jade. It's good that you think that you have been objective in regards to all hm's, I think I'm fair and objective too. But that doesn't mean everyone will see it that way. No one is disrespecting your posts but it won't be supported by all either. It's a discussion and people are going to put their arguments across just like you and will also disagree with your points.

Also if you are going to state that you are able to see the good in a hm your second paragraph proves otherwise IMO. Tahan was not the golden child not long ago. In the popularity tracker she was in the minuses and not by just a few, she has come back on top and all the sudden that makes her a golden hm?

You are stating that tahan fans can be rude are have a pack mentality, but a lot can be said about jade fans as well. But I'm not going to point them out and ridicule a fan base as I see no point to this argument nor do I think it's fair to say that unless I have tried to understand the poster first.

This so much. She probably talks on and on about moving in with Ed and having his kids in the DR.

And adding to the dumb thing, misspelling Heidi's name -- Big Brother didn't make her do any of these things. She did them herself.

Its bad enough that she feels stupid and that BB has set up plenty of scenarios that are going to ensure she feels even more stupid on eviction night.

And it doesn't matter if she is truly dumb or not. Would it be ok for a housemate who feels fat to be placed in situations to make him/her look fat?
