Has Jade been treated unfairly by Big brother?

A lot of her fans seem to think she gets a 'bad edit' and BB wants to make a joke of her. Besides the Surly date (which really wasn't that bad) I can't think of anything. Am I missing something? Would just like some objective opinions.

edit: even if you're a jade fan, please explain!

If you can't provide some decent examples you are biased.

I don't see it myself.

BB gave her a birthday party and a birthday gift. He has also given her the date in the GoE with Ed.

It may not be heaps and heaps of special stuff from BB to Jade, but nor has she been left out or made to feel unimportant by BB.
 
NO!!!!!! She is digging her own grave. Her fans are getting desperate. There's only so many times you can say how "sweet and caring" she is before it starts to get hollow.
 
I'm no jade fan but I do think she has had it a bit tougher than the others since Friday night (along with Ed), one way or another all the other HMs have been given extra food, Drew was hm of the week, tim had chocolate, gorged himself in the GOE along with Tahan (whilst jade and Ed were frozen before they could eat or drink anything), and then had the PS along with Maddie after they all had their hamburgers taken away, Boog had the roast pork dinner with Drew. I'm not talking the party, ie KFC, they all got that, I'm talking about extras, it seems to me jade and Ed are the only 2 who have only had staples, please correct me if I am wrong.
 
i've heard a lot of people say that BB is trying to make her look stupid.
i think she does a pretty good job of that all by herself.

But as said, Jade & Ed had the GoE date so it all evens out.
 
Jade's had plenty of rewards - she isn't being treated any differently to the others. Drew, Tim and Boog ate well in last night's ep. No one else did. Big deal! As I said, and as [MENTION=35884]talene[/MENTION] mentioned above - she is making herself look like a fool all on her own.
 
No I don't think so. Whilst being a sweet girl she hasn't the personality to spontaneously react to a different situation like some of the other HM's. She doesn't appear to like being out of her comfort zone and therefore any special task would worry/stress her.

Are you talking about the first GOE date or the second one during the Freeze task. If your referring to the first date that is weeks ago, I am talking about only since Friday, and if you are referring to the last one, they didn't get to put one morsel of food in their mouths before Bb made them freeze and sent Tim and Tahan in, who IMO were acting disgustingly, trying to humiliate jade and Ed, stuffing their faces as fast as they go, and Tim had already had the executive fridge after spitting his dummy and getting all the others punished, so IMO it,has not evened out especially this weekend!

Who cares! She doesn't even eat food anyway!!!! Obviously they would choose Tim and tahan to go in there and take the food from Jade and Ed. They are the only two who would have made it entertaining television! It's a TV SHOW. Not real life.
 
I think this week Jade has not had it good - and this is in addition to her own behaviour.

Tahan, Drew and Ed all had their loved ones in on the freeze task and Jade had bad edits/footage all day. I think it would have been better had they showed Jade's loved ones in the freeze task yesterday (if she gets a visit) to give people time to vote for her based on that. If they show her visit tonight before the eviction it might be too late.

Seems to be the others had much more positive air time than Jade yesterday.

Basically, Tan, Drew and Ed came out smelling like roses after their family visits and Jade just got more backlash for her perceived desperation with Ed - when she's up for eviction.

Hope that makes sense. It's a bit early in the morning.

Choose tim and Tahan? I thought choosing Tim and boog would have been more appropriate as they even showed them beforehand saying how they wanted a date in there, and how boog was the only one still to go in, yet strangely they chose Tahan.

Maybe they felt that being an original housemate, she deserved it more? Boog already had the reward from Drew..

I think Tim and Tahan were the perfect choice to send in to torment Jade and Ed.
The others may not have gotten into the spirit of the challenge, and it was very entertaining.
I also think that a lot of people are forgetting we are watching a TV show and are meant to enjoy it. Thats' what the HM's signed on for, but I also think a few of them have forgotten that too.

I love it when the argument wears out, people always throw in the "it's a tv show" "build a bridge" "it's meant to be entertaining", yes it's a tv show and these forums are for us to discuss our opinions based on a tv show, one that orinally was supposed to be a social experiment, wether she "eats food" or not has nothing to do with the point I was attempting to put across, and yes she is making herself look like an idiot with her "doting" over Ed, but I still think she has had it tougher than most as far as the show goes since the weekend!
 
I think i should clarify that its not the way BB has treated Jade in the house that is 'unfair', don't have a problem with that - it is the way she has been portrayed to Australian public.

Everyone has their good and bad edits - but the past few weeks in particular Jade has been shown in an overwhelmingly bad light.

LF's, GoE date, Daily wash etc. over the last few weeks were all designed/written to humiliate Jade and make fun of her feelings for Ed. Making Ed choose between her and the sacrificed items, splitting them up so they can't sleep together etc. If you can't see it your blind or probably a Jade hater in the first instance. Usually BB gets the balance right (highlighting both the postive and negative traits of housemates) but this balance has gone out the door.
