Tactically, no. Whoever gets swapped into the sanctuary will lose that important period of getting to know the potential new housemates. The main reason why I hope RYan sends Priya - she'll lose precious manipulation time.

I would hope they don't because that would totally undermine the whole point of isolating them/swapping them with the newbies. I'm hoping it's a decent power in which Ryan can choose to disadvantage those four that he sends away. He's smart enough to do it tactically.
