Any shake up in who is on the show?
Haha it would be pretty cool. Guess this means one or some of the families/teams are dropping out, though. If I was still in AU I'd rope in a friend and apply.Anyone here want to join Anastasia and the others on TV, lol? Could you imagine anything better? Actually, I could. LOTS of things.
Applications are apparently open! I stumbled across this web link - https://go.mycastingnet.com/Apply/Show/TPV
Ha! Failing a willing friend, I guess there's always a blue muppet, and ventriloquism?Haha it would be pretty cool. Guess this means one or some of the families/teams are dropping out, though. If I was still in AU I'd rope in a friend and apply.

You would be quite funny with the serious schtick. Do it! What do you have to lose? (except your privacy, lol).Maybe I should apply? When they say favourite shows, I will say Vanderpump Rules.![]()

LOl yeah, nah.Failing a willing friend, I guess there's always a blue muppet, and ventriloquism?
... maybe they're casting for a second series later this year.
Hmmm. I found an old explanation in an article here.LOl yeah, nah.
They do two short seasons a year anyway, eight eps each. I think it's just because of the time demands on the families they don't go for longer. Do they tape each ep on the weekend? Must be a long day for them to watch the shows and repeatedly change their clothes. Or, given the alcohol consumed maybe they spread it out over the evenings? Either way it's not like the participants don't have day jobs.
I doubt there is much "watching whatever", because they need several groups all to have watched the same show in order to use the footage, unless it's The Block or MKR, I suppose. I've always suspected they give them recorded shows to watch... especially if it's a movie - they could save a lot of time by giving them a DVD of the movie that's on, for example, and when they cut it up just use some footage from the actual broadcast with the appropriate channel watermark. But I could be completely wrong.Filmed Wed to Tue the next week with a couple of cameras in the lounge room and an editor in another room logging interesting commentary. Apparently they view to a list of shows, or are given something to watch, or just watch TV?? Sounds quite flexible.
Ha ha.... same, same... watching Dane Swan on I'm a Celeb.I'd just be commenting on their sexy tiny shorts and stupid tatts.
