A movement artefact of video cameras I'd say.
George does have a strabismus, a slight misalignment of the eyes that can give depth perception problems.
While that might be his problem, my problem is actually trying to perceive any depth at all in the guy. He's as present as a fart at a sewerage treatment facility there.
