They both were always involved in some sort of staffing drama and they fed off each other. Their individual problems varied from issues with ain's, kitchen staff, wardies, all the way up to the num. Our ward is diverse with a multitude of flavours. It is the nursing equivalent to the United Nations, and both lacked the insight to recognise that they were the common denominator in the drama. When either received feedback on their work conduct, both squealed "BULLY". One in particular made the workplace unbearable. If you keep coming up against the same drama, you need to look at the role you play in it. One Finished her internship in Jan, and the other didn't have her contract renewed and left at the beginning of March and the funniest thing, since they have gone, no one has mentioned either name. The range of movement is his biggest problem. He has no pain on rest, but 4/10 pain on movement. Hopefully he will have a plan for a solution today.A fortnight is a long time to have a dislocated shoulder! Must disrupt sleep etc. I wouldn't want it!

Haha. I did little bit of DJ-ing on a local radio station a few years ago. My mate was the host so I came in and did a few shifts with him. While it was fun, it's not really what I want to do. Haha. Thanks for the consistent encouragement. At least you like my voicemail message, my dad always complains that he hears that message more than he hears my own voice. Lol!

No place found. We are all crammed into mums house for now. It's going okay though, I'm rarely home anyway. We are probably being a bit overly picky with what we want in a house. The right one will come up eventually
