Right I can not wait a minute longer for the Witty's Wonderfilled Weetbix update! Time for me to embrace the day!

Feels weird starting a day without a fight with Witty. Delcan's nipping at my heels simply doesn't do it for me.

Good morning superfans! This sunny morning was Weetbix Fantastiche Fantastico! Weetbix and milk...deconstructed! Pre-soak the Weetbix in milk and arrange, offset, on an oversize flate plate, smearing/greasing the mushiest across the plate for verve and serve with a side cup of freshly poured chilled milk.

I am curious as to how much this site influences what we do on other sites. When I am on facebook and put the arrow over the blue world, I expect it to drop down as it does on the alerts here. Here I sometimes click as I have to do on facebook. Does anyone else do that or have similar thing happen on other sites? I know, a very boring observation but there you are. It's a two loads of washing on the line sort of day. Such is my day off. Chadstone and the gym, here I come though soon.

Sorry crimmy I fell asleep. It does sound like your graphics card (GPU). Given that it's a gaming laptop I would assume it's a dedicated GPU so it may be able to be changed. It could be the motherboard in that case it's probably time for new laptop

lol bleachy - no probs - I was off to sleep too

I kind of figure I'd just be sending good money down the drain with it ... switched it on this morning to check what windows its using ... its windows 7 ... but saw it loads windows with screen flashing then eventually settles into bright green, bright blue etc screens ... I was eventually able to get to desktop and try to use it but then when I left it to go get ready for work I came back to blanked screen again ... I will spend time checking I've got any files off it that I might need (filters, fonts etc) but think they're already all backed up

not sure I'll bother with another laptop ... might go a tablet ... tempted to get an ipad so I can facetime with mum over in NZ but then she seems to be forgetting how to use it so maybe not going to rush that decision just yet ... don't see the point of paying out for an ipad if thats the sole reason I have for justifying it

anyway - thank you to you and to @Consuela too for the help & advice
its much appreciated

if I ask techie people through work their eyes light up and I can see them thinking how much they can fleece me for! lol
 
My OH is an ICT Manager so he does all the tech stuff. I used to find myself googling all sorts of stuff & self educating myself about technology etc and I was pretty ok with it all. I could fix most things.... but now I just leave it up to him. Technology is passing me by more & more.

I hope we never break up :D

Not on fakebook. Or many other sites. So minimal influence here..

I'm gonna take a guess & say most likely is Charlie Sheen. It's just the 'megastar' bit that might not fit.

Not surprised in the slightest, but it must be difficult to come out & acknowledge this. The jokes are already coming thick & fast on twitter. They're like sharks man.

Yeah I thought it must be him. I mean, poor guy I guess but this is 100% self inflicted so it's difficult to summon huge amounts of sympathy. There's only so many hookers and porn stars you can have sex with before it catches up with you I imagine. Sad in the sense he has 5 kids and no doubt a genuine path of destruction left behind him, not so much the sex workers but the more "innocent" parties involved (if there are any?)
