I see brinkpeople.
I'd like you to decoupage "Don't think about Witty Banter's Weetbix" on your pantry. Maybe bent pipe cleaners.
It actually needs a huge make over.
Just to make matters worse, I nailed the homes on, and I used full on paint for my sweet.
The whole board is going to need an upgrade.
I guess first attempt would be wet cloth if paint isn't dried yet ...
will probably leave smudge over the board but you could then try with VERY DILUTED turps to gently get the rest off ... you don't want to rub too hard or it'll take the blackboard paint off
i don't really know how to help you ... I think I'd prefer disguise (a white butterfly / dog / cat ...something that would draw the eye to that rather than your lettering ... that way you won't notice it everytime you turn your head in that direction ... although you probably will ... things I've messed up I always see because I know its there - whereas other people honestly don't notice it
otherwise ... my favourite - tall vase of flowers in front
- so you can see it .. and know what it says BUT you don't see it really clearly

Perhaps the S looks kind of like a white earthworm lol but hey - if the curve of the S was just a bit thicker maybe? Doesn't look as bad as you think it does I'm sure!

Yeah exactly maybe the S just needs to be fixed? Then I think it's pretty good.
so wait - its not nailed to the wall ... you can take it down? ... and the HOME's are nailed to it ... so you could remove them ... repaint the back board and start over?
because if you're hating it its worth the extra time to do that ... let's be honest if you're anything like me you're not suddenly going to start loving it and it'll just bug you like nobody's business everytime you look at it because its not how you planned for it to look ...
if you DO redo it - why not just do the Sweet in chalk anyway? that way you can change it up when the mood strikes ... you could even use coloured chalk or just stick with the white ...

I can't even draw a stick figure ... I bought myself a wacom tablet years ago - I think I fooled myself into believing it would magically allow me to draw ... so that what I wanted to draw would for once transmit onto the page ... and look as fantastic as I knew it could be!!!
