Haha yeah I'm such a little whinger too, seriously struggling through this winter as it is. It does seem to be getting warmer but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I've just been trying to sort out a holiday to Thailand as I managed to get some free accommodation there, but I'm so unorganised that it'll probably be really warm here by the time I make it there.

Get on it JG, and book yourself a summery holiday. You can come back all suntanned and glowing while the rest of us look like we are coming out of hibernation.

A school raffle?!? Oh wow. The best things to win at school raffles I've seen are like meat trays and whatnot.

Yeah pretty good hey. It was a fundraising dinner with some pretty good prizes. I shall happily mooch in this instance.

Well there's accomodation for 4 - you should come!

It's such a fun show, I'm up to S2 E5 I'm going to try and go slow with the rest of the eps, because I was looking at Iwans IMDB page and he is only in 20 eps... So I'm already half way through all the eps he is in.

I struggled for about 4 or 5 eps after he left, but it gets good again, so persevere! If only for Rudy - he makes fabulous gifs!

In other news I got some results from a blood test today and I am low in Zinc, turns out you get Zinc from meat, I just thought that being a vego I would only need to take iron tablets....Oops... Gotta pick up some Zinc tablets. 😄

I hope you have a nice time on your holiday! You deserve it....i think. I mean i don't really know you so it seems kind of silly to make those sort of comments, but one does make those sort of remarks as a kind of odd plesantry even though it doesn't really mean anything.

What other sources of zinc are in our diet? I thought vegetarians can get everything from some other veggies or whatever without the need for taking tablet supplements.
