Thanks for all the love peeps. I probably made it sound worse than it is, it's only a head cold atm, so I'm feeling ok other than. But of a pressure headache from blocked sinuses, some sneezing and a runny nose.

Yeah I imagine when you get older you sort of stay attracted to people your own age.

You can appreciate the attractiveness in people younger than you but it's not the same as someone the same (or closest) age to you.

That's my theory anyway.

That's it exactly. Mind you, being with someone younger is a great morale boost, lol.
 
Ahem! I totally get the ryan gosling thing! In every single way! Clearly my tastes are better :p ;)

I was obsessed with him from his days as young Hercules. He had this dorkishness about him, still kind of does but now with abs, and totally freaking HOT! He only keeps getting hotter in my eyes. He earned bonus points for getting with Eva Mendes too.

Figured I would balance the gosling weigh in

Hope you feel better after a nights rest @bleachy_dude... This weather is getting to the best of us. I use to hate it but a touch of Vicks in a bowl of hot water and throw a towel over your head and let the steam do it's job. Or just invest in a Vicks vaporiser. The best thing for a cold

It won't last long. Then again, it might. No idea what's going on really. I'm loving it, but I'm in Melbourne.

I have a vaporiser which was going last night. Feeling a bit clearer today thankfully.

I'm off to an AFL game this evening, I normally avoid sports like the plague but I'm being a good friend and going along tonight. I have no idea what the rules are haha.
 
Watching Room 101. OMG! Julia Morris. I have finally got how contrived she is. I feel very disappointed. In Celebrity... I could see it but on this, the slightly cross eyed oddness is too much. She's brilliant and hilarious but very bizarre with it.
 
Oh I would have liked to have seen the Julia Morris one. Just caught the end of it, Dave Hughes is on now.

I loved Julia on I'm A Celebrity, but had always found her previous personas to be too full-on and contrived, especially the extreme gurning facial contortions. It would be interesting to get to know the real Julia.

I preferred Dave tbh, but it feels very stilted for everyone. You don't get the real Julia I think. I have never got and will never get, the dumbing down of themselves. Many celebs seem to do it and I refuse to believe they really are that stupid.

Oh and yes, what a good friend you are. I have no idea about anything afl. But I imagine the adrenaline of the crowd would be quite the experience. Enjoy the experience
 
So I am back from a girls weekend away for a cousins hens. It was truly an amazing time. Catching up with cousins you don't see all that often because of busy lives and just running a muck was what my 20 something self needed to remember I am not just mum. And I discovered I am just as flexible, ok so maybe not as flexible, but I still got it. Though my back, upper thighs, and core are feeling the drunken mess of display of bending every muscle my body was hiding.
