No, the show ended ages ago. You can get it on dvd.

Oh right. Was Chuck similar to Monk, Psych, Eureka? Like a quirky heart warming type show. I could be totally wrong though but for some reason I linked them all together.
Haha oh my heart broke for a millisecond there, all good though! Yep things are well for me too, it was just my gf's birthday on Friday and the silly girl scored herself an entire birthday weekend so I'm kind of buggered.

Oh, Happy Birthday to your girlfriend! :):)
Yes a Birthday weekend would be very tiring but I hope it was fun for her and of course for you as well.

No, Chuck was more action orientated.

BUT I LOVED MONK SO MUCH WITH MR ADRIAN MONK AND HIS OCD FIGHTING CRIME AND HE ALWAYS GOT THE BAD GUYS BECAUSE HE WAS SO MUCH SMARTER THAN THEM BUT HE COULD NEVER SOLVE HIS WIFE'S MURDER AND THAT WAS SO SAD BECAUSE IT EXACERBATED HIS OCD SO MUCH.

Oh ok. Cool. Maybe I will check Chuck out one of these days but I still need to watch Press Gang too!! Haha. All of this good TV to watch.

Yes Monk is awesome!!! It had the perfect blend of mystery, heart and comedy. What a good show. Seriously. I love it so much.

I love Monk and his ways. Thinking about him makes me smile, aww, lol, but I always will have a soft spot for Lt. Randy Disher. He was hilarious.

I did watch the whole series but I forgot what actually happened to Mr. Monk's wife. How bad of me. I want to do a rewatch of Monk but I don't have the time especially if I'm going to add Chuck to my list of shows. Aaaahhh. :p

Trudy died as the result of a car bomb.

I liked Sharona the best.

There's so much tv that I'm yet to watch, literally not enough hours in the day for it all.
As someone used to say: "I have simple tastes; I am always satisfied with the best."

No offense to anyone here but I really only set aside time for shows that are genuinely quality tv series that are worth watching and some of the shows mentioned here don't really fit in that category IN MY HUMBLEST OPINION. :p

Ah yes, that's right. Thanks reepbot.

I liked both but I prefer Natalie actually. I don't know why I guess she didn't leave Monk like Sharona did :p and he became a part of Natalie's family.

I know, right?

Let me guess. Breaking Bad, The Wire, Mad Men?

lol. well in the third harry potter book harry and hermoine use the time turner to save that big bird beast, and the blue police box is a doctor who reference.

I see. Well thanks for adding to my general knowledge, I am now closer to making pop culture references.

I like this actually, it makes sense. Quality not quantity. Oh but the shows I do watch aren't exactly high quality.

Speaking of Harry Potter, today I heard Dumbledore is gay?? Am I imagining things?

I am not one for making pop culture references that much.[DOUBLEPOST=1433073955][/DOUBLEPOST]

That has been known for years.

What shows meet your standard @Connoisseur? :):p

Gosh! Asking this is going to make me add more TV shows to watch on my list isn't it?

Dexter (first 5 seasons the rest are rubbish)
Game of Thrones
True Blood (first 5 seasons)
House of Cards
Better Call Saul
Banshee (1st season unfortunately there was a huge decline afterwards)
Suits (1st season and a half. From halfway of the 2nd season it was just okay but I was hooked by then and have remained loyal)
Breaking Bad
Homeland (quality varies from season to season)
Grimm (the only broadcast FTA show I've watched in years)

To name a few.

What was wrong with The Wire?

Police dramas aren't really my thing unless there's a twist to it (i.e Dexter). Moreover the pacing is far too slow and dull, although I hear that it gets better in the following season but I'm not that keen on investing the time to get there and find out.
