Well my mum has a much worse temper than me.
Yeah, well I know the bride to be quite well but not the groom and not many of their friends. So I wasn't actually that excited, but had a good time in the end also. Seems like we kinda had similar afternoon / evenings. Haha.It was greatI'm just on my way home. I didn't really know the bride or groom that well which didn't set a great tone for me but it was actually a lot of fun. I'm glad you enjoyed your engagement party!

If I don't expect a good time and am not looking forward to it, I usually have a great time as I have no expectations, but if I am anticipating a good time I can be disappointed. Not every time of course but that's when I most likely to be let down.

Haha yes possibly we did. I was with my father and his friends but actually it was a lot of fun and there was a strangely high ratio of Britney music which at least satisfied me.

Yeah I know what you mean. But I usually have good anticipation and end up having a good time at most engagements / weddings. I don't know why I wasn't so keen. Anyway. I learnt that I suck at Boules haha.

My sister had a boules 'court' at her home in Rye. We all enjoyed a game from time to time. Easier than bowling.
We were playing in relatively long grass so the first little ball you throw (whatever that's called?!?) kept hiding... That's my excuse anyway.

Would they have to practice? Or will it be one of these occasions where everyone who is dancing knows the moves perfectly and can keep in time with the other people?
Well in all the video clips I see normally everyone in the room just starts dancing in sync together properly. Surely it's like that in real life?
