Yep, exactly. They are processed junk foods, and just an example how vegan/vegetarian doesn't automatically equal healthy.

Anyone else tried Coke Life yet?
As a Coke (a Cola) addict who won't drink any of the diet or Max varieties, nor Pepsi, this one is surprisingly good. It *almost* tastes like full sugar Coke to me, so I think I'll switch to it.

I haven't tried it yet but I like Come Zero so will probs stick to that.

I have tried Pepsi with Stevia. It was ok.

Yeah, K-mart is probably the worst I think, their products are of low quality. Sometimes I wished that I lived in a small town, but then I remember that there won't be that much in the way of shops etc...

What did you do for the long weekend?

Worked Friday and Monday, went to my parents for a mid afternoon meal on Sunday.

Am I a hypocrite for despising cruelty to animals but still eating meat every day? Because curse me if I am.

I have no willpower, I am weak! Would love to have a chef cook me vegan meals in my home. It is hard also when you have to cook for someone else that has a high intake of protein in their diet
