I mean the rivalry between consuela and Madonna. It's gif war and banter between them, but in a good way.

I thought Jordans and you were rivals- no?

To add to your first sentence, @Sweetgeek, I agree it is always good to see good natured banter between people, to see them 'play together' in a fun way. It's also much better to be a part of that banter with somebody you really click with and get along with so well that you can do some playful teasing with each other. Nothing serious, just some good natured ribbing between friends. That is all.[DOUBLEPOST=1426525215][/DOUBLEPOST]
Ever watched that soap Parenthood @reepbot?

No, why do you ask?

I'm not sure I care for the implication that @VADGE and I are friends. Our dynamic is far more Elton and Madonna.

That is thinly veiled contempt.

Sorry, I got off track there. I do that sometimes. I often end up talking about one thing but by the end talk about a completely different thing. Sometimes my posts also have double meanings in them. But what do I know? Nothing.

Dammit, there I was all, 'oooo I can sleep with out stress or worry' turned into not being able to sleep because it appears my mind as now fully gotten goddy about my trip.

Can't win!

Although I think part of it may have been that I am excercising a lot more lately and yesterday was a really sedentary day as I spent 9-5 infront of the computer reading and writing. So maybe I had too much energy still.

Are you a boring early packer or a free spirited last minute packer. Nothing beats the adrenalin rush of being chronically under-prepared (*passport excepted). Hand luggage it.

I am a mix of being organised and completely last minute.

So I have slowly been accumulating things. This works best for me. Take multiple trips to many places and buy one or two things at a time. Been ordering things here and there online. Just slowly going about it. I know I am buying things I won't take, but they will get used.

I'm doing some tours and have collated their packing lists into one.

I have traveled a bit and so know stuff I may need.

When I went to Africa for a few months in 2013. I had a bit of the made rush. I had never put everything in my back and I had too much stuff. Made some terrible last minute choices on things to take or leave. As well as accidentally leaving some stuff.

The bag I ordered hasn't arrived yet, but I will use that to store everything I am taking for the moment. Then organize it closer to the date. We shall see. I will probably be sticking in more stuff, taking stuff out the morning before I go.

I am a terrible over packer though. I like to be prepared. I'm going to try extra hard to be good with clothes this time. Take essential, then the rest to bare minimum. I literally took clothes around Africa I never wore.

I'm a terrible overpacker also. I've never been on such a big adventure though to multiple countries etc in one trip. You probably need to be fairly efficient when doing so much travelling? Yeah?
