It seems to have only backed up from 12/11/2014!

I am missing 3 months of sexting, selfies and the worst thing! No Candy Crush, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Bank Apps, no Tinder, no Dogging apps (google it) no NOTHING!

Help me Bleachy!

When you pressed restore from back up there might have been some choices? You need to make sure you select the most recent back up. Do you still have the old phone? Back up and then plug new one in and restore from the backup dated today. Or did you already back up today?

I am FREAKING OUT!!!!!

I confidently factory restored the old phone - because at the time I was channeling Bill Gates or whoever the apple founder is!

Backed up twice, both times earliest point November![DOUBLEPOST=1423197416][/DOUBLEPOST]When I say backed up, does that mean plug the phone into the computer?

Because if it doesn't you will need to explain back up to me.

Yeah so you should have plugged the old phone in and backed up (it should back up automatically). When was the last time you did that?

Anyway, if the old one has been factory reset - plug the new phone into the computer and go through to restore from a back up and what is the most recent date available?

Oh dear yes that's a problem.
I don't think there is a way to get it back now if you have already factory reset. ALWAYS back up before you factory reset ;)

Stupid crappy iphone!

I was so super confident going in too.

Now lets move on to Music. Is there an easier way to convert all my music so it is ipod compatible?

At the moment I am playing them all manually through itunes for them to store in my music. Does that make sense?
 
@Trala there MAY be a way to try and recover your photos. It's quite in depth and pretty techy. How desperate are you for your photos?

You can pretty easily re-download your apps from the app store.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Are these coming from physical CDs or from downloads ... Or..?

If it is an in depth and pretty techy process, we might just give it a big miss.

I mean they are 90% nudes anyway.

Will I still have my Candy Crush prizes?

Haha ok. That will depend on whether you made a candy crush account and connected through Facebook or game centre.

Its VERY interesting I have known this guy for years, around a year ago I was talking to another friend, and he was telling me about this guy he was seeing (never mentioned his name) and said basically always asks him to goto his house for a pizza, beer and a spa... then the other night I randomly got a message from this guy asking for that, and it all clicked... obviously I didn't... then all of a sudden Im getting, hey you can live with me... out of nowhere, wtf?

I can't seem to highlight and drag. I can only do it one song at a time

Ok go into the folder and click once on one song. Then press ctrl+a which should highlight them all, right click and press copy. Then go into iTunes, onto the song screen and ctrl+v
