Well effectively I've not felt bad all year save for outside influences. I'm no longer making myself feel bad all the time over absolutely nothing. I've also learnt that it's actually important to feel bad sometimes, but to only give the bad thoughts/feelings a set amount of time and not let them become crippling. Like, I had a bad night last Friday night, and I gave it the next day to feel shitty about it, but that was all. It's unnecessary to wallow all the time.
I've also been less... "involved" with other people, as in I'm not caring about people to the point that it's affecting my time/happiness. So yeah it's basically Self Care 2015 for me, and it's been mostly a success and we're already a month down!
