General O/T Chit Chat Thread

I have had the best day!

Went out bought new shoes (work unsexy) and got my eyebrows done, got some fruit and veg, a teeny tiny bottle of Bundy Rum and my last minute dinner ingredients for Christmas (managed to forget bon bons so it is out again I go tomorrow). I got home at about 11:30am, and since then I have been deliciously alone.

I have made a batch of rum balls at my son's request, pottered around my house sorting cupboards and then I watched Life of Pi. Oh my God, to those who haven't seen it, it is simply brilliant! BRILLIANT! I have prepped a Mexican feast for dinner tonight, and once it hits 4:30, I am going to pour a glass of Shiraz and eat the last of the Brie.

Best day ever! I love being alone probably more than I should.

My hangers are assorted, although they do all face the same way.

How interesting though, by clothes face the opposite direction.

You make my level of OCD look normal.

We need nurses like us to keep the drug room sane.

We have one nurse who big notes herself when stocking up, then leaves the empty stock boxes ON THE SHELVES!!!!!!

No, he was off his lead, and a saw a Staffy coming in the distance, so I ran to put him on the lead again, he was only about 50 metres away from me, but in my panic I hit top speed. Today has been the first day with very minimal discomfort.

Haha. I did actually ask them to record it last night. I didn't check afterwards day to see whether they had or not.

Got some good compliments, although it was towards the end of the night and after singing some ridiculously high carols my voice was a bit scratchy. I have no special voice but can sing in key mostly. Lol.
