God damn you infomercials

Been watching Nu Wave Oven for the last 20 minutes. Looks great!

Don't blame the Magic Bullet obsession you guys have. I own one myself but pretty much never use it.
 
Ok so I called my mum and told her. She went up to JB. They opened the box and the big shot is an 11 piece set. So she got it. Our base may still work so we can still use that until it stops. Will try the big shot and see if the weaker motor can still handle the smoothies. What a saga! Haha

Pretty much all reviews online for everything is bad tho. So don't be too hard on yourself. People only complain online. Not many come on and give positive reviews for the good stuff.


Unlike me and the frozen sprite with popping candy :woot:
 
Hmm yes I may have the name wrong, but yes it's the little microwave thing.

Oh I also want that inflatable bed, you know where guy does barbell presses on it or I saw one with a quad bike on it too.
 
I am always tempted by these infomercials but rarely succumb. And when I do they NEVER live up to the hype.
 
It's true, they can be a bit shoddy. The Magic Bullet was as amazing as I had dreamt it would be.

I tend to ignore the fitness ones, they might work if you're wiling to out in the work, but if you are then save your money and just exercise. That said, the tread climber seems alright.

I bought one for $29 from Joyce Mayne a year ago, never had any problems - works great, just wipe it out with a dish cloth or paper towel, I used a metal spatula/egg flipper on it, never scratches...
 
Frustrated. My daughter is going to Supernova in a couple of weeks. One of her Cosplay outfits is going to be Velma Dinkley. We could get a pumpkin coloured top, socks, shoes, but I cannot find a burgundy pleated skirt for the life of me! How hard can this be? I thought I would be able to get a pleated netball skirt in this colour easy peasy.. but nope.. cannot find one. :/

I have never bought anything off an infomercial nor have I ever even been tempted.

I hate infomercials with a passion and find it impossible to sit through one
