You said it sista! Although, sometimes discharges can be a blessing, worth the paperwork, pushing them out the door

Agreed, but in this case, it was better the devil you know, because the new pt is a fucking bundle of anxiety. I have found rounding on her ever 40 mins just to reassure +++ saves me 258 buzzers in an hour.

I was going to say that too, haha sometimes its better the devil you know, but see you doing that saves work too, sign of holistic and smart practise, another tick sista!
