Hi @Bratty :)

Well guys it was so lovely discussing The Nanny with you all :inlove: :inlove: :inlove: but I should have been in bed at least 3 hours ago! I only popped in for a quick look which I assumed would have been a 5 minute visit only!!!

Goodnight everyone and sweet dreams! :)

I can just tell @Trala will read this thread in a few hours time and be like "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?" And she will say "you guys are talking about f****** Fran Drescher?" :p I sense @Trala isn't a fan of the voice.

I suspect @the Theorist is right now on his couch, face down on a pillow passed out.

@bleachy_dude is sleeping peacefully.

Goodnight everyone!

I'm going to bid everyone here goodnight before I either pass out or drunkenly talk about a kinda ~scandalous thing from days past which would probably get me into trouble haha so, yes! It's been a lovely couple of hours! Goodnight! xx

Goodnight everyone!]

See turns out you don't know me at all!

1. I LOVED The Nanny! And I am a huge fan of strong independent women who rise up and succeed despite adversity. The sexual violence she suffered as a young women either breaks us or makes us.

2. I was more concerned about the Tard Wars which raged from page 743 - 751 that went on in the wee hours. I understand staying up late to giggle or share things we have in common. But to stay up late to fight with someone you don't know, over bullshit that just doesn't matter, makes as much sense as sticking a fork in your eye!

Anyway, good morning OT Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs! And welcome to the new OT gang members. This is a very elite thread and Mutley only excepts OT gang members who have access to a keyboard. There are a couple of very crass, crude and intimidating OT gang members here, but once you get to know Coops, qtkt and Jessy, you will see there is nothing to fear.

One, two, three - back to me!

I have the whole weekend off!!!!!!

I Love this! I swear her book, sharing her story, knowing she dealt with so much trauma yet could make the world laugh, amazing respect for her!

In my experience the funniest people tend to come from tortured beginnings. While violent experiences will always leave you a little broken, they don't need to define you or shatter the prospect of a bright future filled with joy and laughter, and both you and Fran are perfect examples of that.

I am planning to do absolutely nothing.

We are going out for lunch today, but apart from that - NOTHING!

I put my Fernwood membership on hold for 4 weeks while I am in the ENAP role.

Fran or "The Nanny"? Because the nanny was a nanny who married up. That's what small girls and gays should be aspiring to be: pretty and lazy.

She wasn't lazy, she taught sheltered rich kids street smarts using a heart of gold, being herself with humour and compassion, like Maria from Sound of Music, C. C. on the other hand was a money hungry and status driven which never worked, once she let that go, she found true love with Niles, lets not get it mixed up

You're wrong.

The Nanny was about a smart savvy woman who despite adversity, wrote a script, made herself the star of the show and made squillions!
