We have a tradition where we buy what we want, when we want and call the occasion it is to be linked to, due to this expectation people have with hearing about gifts given. For example, he bought a new golf club set, and said "call it the Xmas present". Then on the actual day, we look for the lamest gift choices to wrap.

It is a romantic time where you hold in farts, pretend to like all the same things and can hold your stomach in for hours on end!

That's a really good idea!!! We do similar, as in if we see something we want and it's not near a b'day, we just buy & say it's an early one. Maybe next year I can wrap up some used pens for the Mr! He will be SO excited.
 
Goodmorning everyone.

Running on coffee fumes here, worked the night shift last night so haven't slept since Tuesday night. But it's such a nice day today - to sleep or not to sleep.

Oh @Trala that previous years bday present you received is awesome! And I thought I gave sucky gifts.

I am seriously not an overemotional person, but when I do nights, I cry every time. And it will be over things like too many socks when hanging out the washing, or the fact I forgot to check the mail box, it makes me loopy. Thankfully work know that and I only do 2 nights per month.

Right now I really gotta go.

Nights are a killer, shocks my body so badly, I went through a period when I only worked nights cos I only had to a few to make up what I would for days, but the toll it took, I refuse now

As a bonus I haven't see a single advertisement for penis enlargement yet.

I wonder if we can manipulate which ads we get, such as by repeatedly talking about penis enlargements?

By the way I do not require penis enlargement. But maybe someone else around here requires penis enlargement and so we are doing them a favour.... To help enlarge their penis.
