I found out yesterday my workmate flew out of NY before the storm. As soon as they heard the storm was coming on the saturday they called the airport and changed their flights jumped on a train and got out. Spent 40 hours travelling to get back to tassie. They were supposed to fly on the monday.

That's great to hear, Cowie. My family weathered the storm okay. They live in Western NY so got heaps of rain and tons o wind. My Dad lost part of his beautiful willow tree and power for awhile, but they came through okay. Scary stuff, big weather!!

A healthy good relationship is easy.
All you need to do is remember, love makes you feel good, it doesn't make you feel bad, it doesn't make you feel jealous, it doesn't you feel insecure, it doesn't make you angry to the point of yelling, it doesn't make you name call, it doesn't call you names and it doesn't make you feel distrustful. If your relationship is making you feel these things, it is not healthy and it is not love.
While I have never been married, I have been fucking the same man for 14 years and I like him as much today as I did when I first met him. He is easily the nicest person I have ever met in my life and to show my thanks, I treat him better than anyone in my life.

The road to finding that love is never easy. I beat your 14 years by a long time. It is up to the individual....but when I look around I see love is not easy and is something to work on forever as you and circumstances change. The adding of children, parents ...all sorts.

See I feel the road to loving yourself, is far more important than the road to finding love.
After 5 years completely on my own and focused on raising my son, I learned to really like me. After I met my partner Kai, people would often say how lucky I was. But I don't consider myself lucky, because I wouldn't have settled for anything less.

You should love yourself...I mostly do, on occasion do not like myself or what I have said and done.
You deserve to have met someone. If he is making you complete, then you are making him complete too.
I occasionally put money in, but yesterday was a weird as day and I was out and thought I would...one dollar in one machine and it did a free spin...and a dollar in the next one cause i was bored...I am like that...a train feature came up and won
I only ever go if it pops into my mind...it is always just luck, but a lot of the time it is my intuition

I think the he was standing in front of the door for brains, and behind it for personality. He was in with a lot of big, and some very toxic, characters .

I could slap you, because compliment you is what I always use for a woman / man competing . We are wired differently to men, and compliment them in that they are better at some things. I always feel that those who perfer same gender are wired differently, as are those who are left handed.
Who knows what gets handed down in our group of genes.

Im very ranty upstairs today, someone has burnt toast in the kitchenette, well either that or Im about to have a stroke, so Im trying to get all out!
I hate that smell, try not to have a stroke, Dawson would look really demented with a stroke, so don't do that......
I need a time machine to take me back to the 70s, so I can beat my son. He took the bloody tablet to school after being told not to.
I have to decide if 2 weeks or 1 month of not touching it is fair punishment. What would be fair?
