No. All I can really think is I slept in a weird position, like face down with my jaw misaligned or something. But fuck it hurt for 2 days.

Randomly popping in here to say...HOLD ME. My 11yr old daughter is attending one of those "info days" days at school on Tues, you know the type, the one where they learn about puberty and sex and making babies. This means that tomorrow I have to sit her down and have the "sex talk", because I want her to hear it all from me first, you know? Someone please tell me it's ok for me to tell her that the stork brings babies and penises and boobies and other stuff don't exist. Because....well....tomorrow she's gonna grow up and it kinda kills me. I am not ready for such a thing ermagerd

awwwwwww (hugs) I have no experience in these type of discussions - but do you have to include Santa in the discussion as well? If not, maybe take strength in that time that she found out about him.
I don't know how to deal with that, but I think if I was faced with it - I would just say it as it is, gently and if asked questions say something like you dont learn this stuff until you turn 11???????
OOOOOHHHHHH - Maybe, ask the school for notes on what will be discussed on Tuesday and then on Monday night, go through and share them with your girl, prior to the info day. Then, she can ask any questions to you and then also she will be be 'informed' on the day, and then you can laugh and brush aside any form of being embarassed etc .......
Might just open up a line of communication, that she will trust with you forever ......
Good Luck, as I said I have no idea, got no kids - but if you know what they will be teaching, in the way that they will be - it might just make it easier to teach your kid yourself and break the myths, and the reasons why.

Aww thanks for listening! I just watched the "where did I come from?" video on Youtube to prepare myself haha, it cracked me up. We're pretty open, we've talked about puberty and she knows all the details of her birth, she knows a lot about puberty and what's in store for her soon (physically), but what she doesn't know is how she got in my tummy lol. That's the akward part. I'm sure we'll cruise through it, she's mature and wise for her age. I just hope I can get through it without blushing. She'll never look at me (or her dad) the same way again ha. She'll be grossed out probably! Bless her.
