I will tell you how i came up with that chocolate spud idea. My thought process.

'Ohh Tess wrote a poem good for her. I know! I will write a limerick. Now who should i write about? I know! I will write a poem about jessy. Jessy is funny. Anyway, i shall write a limerick. Ok. Now what rhymes with Jessy? I know! Messy! So why is she messy? Because she got pushed in the mud. Now what was Jessy doing before being pushed into the mud? Why she was eating of course. Now what rhymes with mud that you can eat? I know! A spud. But would Jessy eat like a normal potato? How about if we made the potato a chocolatey potato. Is there such a thing? Dunno.'

Does anyone here have experience in buying property interstate? Should I use the services of a buyers agent? Is it totally stupid to do extensive research but not actually visit the area? I'm guessing the answer to both is yes, not sure where to start though.

I am trying to do this at the moment. we went to the state to look at the suburbs we were looking at in our price range. was a good plan to because some of the areas were not places I would feel comfortable living. we have not really actively contacted agents yet as we are a bit weary of them, but have got a referral for a conveyencer and pre-approval sorted.

Don't know if this is the right or wrong things to be doing, but it is hard to know how to start!
