Good morning OT Thread!

I am feeling super grown up this morning! I have the bank coming at 11:00 to talk house loan options!!

How exciting!

I seriously never ever imagined in my wildest dreams that I would one day be in a position to buy my own home!!!

I'm potentially looking to buy a place this year too but it's doing my head in, not to mention that Sydney prices make me cry.

Come up to the Central Coast... cheaper, better lifestyle, less traffic, only an hour drive's to the city.

Well believe it or not that's actually an option I've been looking at, it would certainly help overcome a lot of obstacles. Mostly how overpriced Sydney is.

My girlfriend actually grew up there, so she is in full support of this idea. Then I can join in all the cenny coast convos that seem to pop up on this forum.

I am getting quite a few cold call telemarketing calls lately. Out of boredom, when they say this call is being recorded I say recording is not OK with various excuses. I say it's against my religion, a violation of parole conditions, an allergy to EMF radiation and even that I was on the run from police so wanted to be incognito. Every single one continues, so I ask if it is still being recorded and they have so far all said yes.

Try telling them that you are a criminal on the run and they still want to sell you electricity.
 
Ok, hit me with some advice, I need to buy a new phone, I have an I phone 4, I need to buy a phone outright, but I don't really want to spend so much for the I phone 6. Soooo should I get and I phone 5 s or a Samsung 5??
