Thank youIt comes in waves, but Im lucky to have an amazing support group of friends and family, and even him himself, and my amazing psychologist who really put some things in perspective today, which Im so grateful for, sadness means it meant something so I am riding it without it overwhelming me. But you know our community, they sense venerability and wow do they flock!
That they do! I'm glad you've got the support you need and that you're not getting overwhelmed. It's all too easy not to have perspective, especially so early on, so it's great to hear you've already taken the steps to keep it from properly scarring you in a negative way. I do believe it's important to feel the sadness, and to understand what it means, so I'm glad you've been able to do that.
