First round of nominees kinda obvious?

Yeah I think it will be those 3 as well. Happens every time though the loudest ones out first.

Oh yeah and that power from the showdown games may change it up, hopefully....

Loudest always out first? Not sure that's always the case especially with Charne leaving first last year.

Although she probably wouldn't have left if it was evict votes, but since it was save votes she left as not enough people cared to vote for her as she didnt do much.

Oooooooo I cannot wait for nominations. Tim is going to be fascinating, and I'm assuming he will be illuminating about the whole process - since he told us that's how he sees his role, a voice for us.

Prickly Tully will be interesting, she's the first I have seen do the fatal moth dance - you know misreading an environment and unable to stop yourself flapping about....and burning.

9 have hit on something that may even get me to vote - we can imprison and torture those HMs most disliked. Give us more of this, it's then a game I can play at home.

1st vote is a category covered by -
outsiders, anyone who doesn't fit (thus Charne - plus her OCD made her even more odd;
pigs, anyone rude/smelly/dirty
pests & loudmouths
grey people - future under the radars, but generally nobody remembers them to nominate them
very beautiful
culturally different

It's basically outsiders, anyone that doesn't fit the larger group/smaller cliches

The noms should be Ed, Sharon and Jasmine... nice but boring people.

The most entertaining are Tim, Tahan, Makkayla, Tully and Xavier. maybe Ben.

I think it be them three however it could be different. They need to make the housemates more explosive and out there. In the UK they had a people puppet who stirred the housemates and it worked in the end.

How does the people puppet work??...sounds interesting

Is it 6 hms with the most nomination points to the half way house??....so will all 6 be up for eviction....if that's the case, no doubt Tim, Heidi and Tully will be there....the next 3 not so sure...could be Mikki, Tahan and Sharon??...Imagine Tim with all the layyydies.....

Such good points, kxk. I second all of that.

So has the nomination strategy's started to come into play...ie Tim apologizing to halfway house hms...Xavier telling Mikki that Jas and Shas were b&tching about her....and Tully telling Ed how annoying she is finding Mikki...and he agrees she makes him feel uncomfortable...yep think the nomination campaign has begun...

To be honest, and this might just be me, but I am struggling to connect with this series. The first few episodes I was getting into it but Thursday and Friday nights daily shows were lacklustre IMO and I did not enjoy the showdown. I think Monday and Tuesday will lift my excitement again though because I am interested to meet these new housemates and find out the twist why they are arriving late.

Tuesday is the first nominations night and around the time the nominations and evictions start is when I start to connect with each series because it than starts to feel like real, traditional Big Brother. I keep on reminding myself that last year didn't feel like real Big Brother to me until the first nominations night and from that point on I started to connect with the series and enjoy it so fingers crossed the same happens this year.

Could the twist be that Rohan and the sisters are the only ones who nominate on Tuesday? Or perhaps the 1st eviction will be a double with the normal round of nominations and the public eviction plus the Housemates evict one of the sisters or maybe the housemates select only one of the sisters or Rohan to keep in the house. The options are fairly endless. Maybe the newcomers act as moles.

The HMs in the Safe House following the Showdown will presumably be safe from nominations.

On the ads for Mondays show, it says the next twist has never been done on Big Brother before. Most likely the twist will be something lame like the two sisters competing as one housemate which has already been done on BBUK this year.

If we're going by housemates with the 6 highest nomination points...

Heidi
Mikkayla
Tahan
Tim
Tully

I couldn't think of who number 6 would but considering Matthews nominations super power nominations may become irrelevant.

Tim and Tahan might struggle here, from what I've seen on twitter and Facebook everyone pretty much wants to lynch them.

If its vote to evict, they're gone. If its vote to save a quieter housemate may be at risk.

I'm wondering how they'll do it if they don't have a clear top six? If there's a tie for 6th place, will we get 7 or 8 in the halfway house some weeks?

I think 6 in there is crowded enough. 8 people in that small space would just be a violation of human rights lol.

ahahaha, 8 housemates stuck to sleep in 6 Half Beds.

I think the nominees will be Sharon, Tim, Tahan, and Tully. Tim and Heidi have already expressed annoyance at Sharon so others might be annoyed at her too and she may be up for eviction. I'm hoping that she is up for eviction as we can't afford to lose the likes of Tully, Tim and Tahan and I doubt Sharon will receive many votes if it is a Vote to Save.

I agree, vote to save allows for more entertaining housemates to be saved and it helps build up their fan base as well.

The people's puppet was given challenges based on requests from the public. The housemates thought he was a housemate but really he was an actor working for the public. He definitely stirred the plot and made it really interesting. That has made the series one of the best that I have seen of the UK.

Which year/season was it?

The latest one. They are heading into the last two weeks now with 7 housemates left I think, which is a lot when you think of it

I think it will be Tim, Tahan, Tully and Mikkayla.

There have been a few people complaining lately about Mikkalya so I expect her to get a fair few votes.
