It's pretty straight forward and very logical.

Posts that threaten to hunt down, torture and murder me and/or my loved ones: like

I don't understand why people are getting their knickers in a knot over this.

It throws the entire trolling and cat fighting out of equilibrium. It creates a false economy. It could be used to the flood the entire forum and overthrow the ruling elite.
