"Estelle - most saved housemate of all time!!!!!!!! "

Camilla was nominated TEN times before she was evicted .. and if you mean in a "vote to save" season... Rory in 2008 faced eviction 9 times - so the thread title's inaccurate.
shut up she still is the most saved in this season.

I love that Estelle stays in the house because I find great pleasure in seeing all the other HMs wonder why the hell she is still in there.

So glad Stacey the retard is gone, would have preferred Ben to go though.

Cannot believe how Estelle got so many save votes..if that fake attention seeking weirdo wins it the show is a joke, watch her hook up with Michael now to try get more public votes.. so sad.

You got it the wrong way round, Michael wants to hook up with her. He lusts for her bum apparently.

Estelle just wants to get along with people.

Does anyone know the exact number of votes she got? I'm guessing around the 25k mark?

earlier in the season, in what we can only assume was a "typical" week, we worked out, based on information given, that voting must be around 100k votes per week (minimum).

Considering that in the worst case, the evicted HM receive 30%ish of the vote (ie approx 30k), and they said that this week the evicted HM would have been safe any other week, that means that stacey's 24% was at least 30k votes - so a base of about 125k.

Though that's at a minimum. I wouldn't be surprised if voting for these popular HMs didn't escalate to 150-200k.

hip hip hooorayyyyy!!!! go STELLAHOOD!!! you rock!!!

This is an amazing result and shows Estelle has momentum going into the final week. Look at last week the first glimpse of the poll she was at 19% Ben = 21% Layla = 23% and 15 minutes later polls closed she was at 20.1% Ben = 20.3% and Layla = 21%. Estelle is coming home like a run away freight train with 46% of the save vote, out of the the largest amount of save votes ever!

The key thing is, we have to keep voting and vote more and start voting now.

We can't have the ray problem where fans become complacent. We also can't have people waiting to vote. So as many now as we can get! We also don't know what the next weeks edit will become. So don't stop voting!

you want to know why Estelle got all those vote?

Everytime HM bitch about her the more Team Estelle votes that's why, that's the amount of votes Stel get...the bitching and the backstabbing...

So glad Stacey the retard is gone, would have preferred Ben to go though.

I think Michael has realised that the other housemates' ostracising Estelle, and her surviving it has made her popular with Australia, and hence why she consistently evades eviction week after week. Recognising her as a threat to win, he is attempting to diminish her underdog status, by being seemingly inexplicably kind to Estelle, thus hoping to reduce her appeal to the audience.

Been a while since I've watched an eviction show, but I saw tonight’s. I was stunned at how blatant Ben made his hope for Estelle to be evicted when Sonia crossed to them, and Estelle being unfazed by this. Is this a regular occurrence, or was Ben being particularly vile tonight?

What's remarkable is that unlike previous HMs on BB (anywhere probably) is that she has been saved so many times not as she is the least hated (with vote to evict) but as she is the most liked, that is arguably a bigger achievement. I also think that shows how much the audience either dislike or are indifferent to most of the HMs this year.

starry - as I pointed out on the first page of this thread, Rory in series 8 was saved 9 times.. and in Camilla's year there was a mix of voting to both save AND evict, and she came second after being on the chopping block ten times.

Yes, it's an achievement for Estelle.. it's just not set any records.

Estelle is solely a vote to save though which is very different, I suspect the vote to evict mentality was stronger than the save one in the past even though they were both used. So most votes were about trying to evict someone. Also Rory was saved by his own HMs and not by the audience in some of the evictions.

Rory WAS saved by the twist - but only once. So maybe you could say he only got saved by the audience 8 times *shrug*

The HMs evicted themselves in the first half of that series, the audience actually nominated people for eviction.

It is weird because when they switched vote to save in uk hms figured out quickly noming people who get saved all the time can potentially backfire.

Their pack mentality did save Zoe and Stacey the whole season. Both of them probably would have gone first time up.
