Ed will not be evicted, Drew or Tahan will go

Does anyone else see the writing on the wall that Drew (or at an outside chance Tahan) is going to go tomorrow night? Drew has not been part of a central storyline for a couple of weeks now and is getting the invisible edit whereas Ed is coming close to being the main male housemate featured on the daily shows, the "cards" stuff the Tim stuff, the romance stuff, the potential love triangle coming up on the horizon. Hes pretty much the central character right now.

If we are to go by the eviction odds Ed's the red hot fave to go at 1.08 but pair that with the fact that hes bound to get a healthy save vote that is at least equal to Drew (and possibly Tahan) and then you realize those odds arent looking likely to become reality at all. I say this because strangely enough Facebook and twitter are pretty good indicators of how the vote is headed and usually the evictee gets a ho hum response from the social media users in the week leading up to their eviction with hardly any mention of them, yet I still see just as many "Save Ed" posts as I do for Tahan (bit more quiet for Drew this week I think.....). Additionally tonights episode is set to have Jade and Ed's big date which she has described as "10 out of 10 and the most magical date ever!!!" so expect it to be really sickly sweet.

The point of this thread is to do 2 things, complain Ed isnt leaving AGAIN :eek: and to tell all you that like to have a punt to get on Drew at 5.00 before betting closes, maybe if you are feeling adventurous go for Tahan at 7.00 cause I have a feeling in my waters its one of those 2. Ed is safe for another week and production could not be happier! I guess I can't blame them even though I am over the Ed storylines.
 
I don't think so.
Ed was supposed to leave the night Matt left until his family did that whole "win a date" scam.
Bookies are rarely wrong, Eds on like $1 while the others are on like $3-4 it's a big jump.
Not to mention the big "Tullys back" show constantly mocking him about the "cards" and he's barely even been shown on BB since then, and when he has, it's mainly been him gossiping about boog and saying "intellect beats entertainment" which couldn't be more wrong.
And ed has been at the bottom of the popularity lists for a long time
AND even on "who do you want gone" polls, Ed is winning by 1000 miles.
AND Facebook, the majority want ed to go.
I think it's pretty safe to say, ed is going no matter what, regardless if people throw a few votes at drew.
But if they do give drew some votes, it'll seal the deal without a doubt.
As I said before, BYE BYE, EDWARD SCISSOR D*CK!
 
on the live feed Drew has been doing fun stuff and chatting with others but he is getting the invisible edit the past few times..
I think BB is worried Ed will go and Jade will be upset, so allowed the special date to happen last night, so BB could show it tonight and get more save votes for Ed..
 
Yes if Ed doesn't go his family have spent $10,000 ...im thinking ... look at the thread "Ed is a deadest prick" he's thoroughly disliked...apparently cheating for Ed and his family seems par for the course...

Surely they wouldn't be that silly!
Even if he pulls through Wednesday from the family getting out a loan and spending it all on saving ed, he would NEVER have a snowballs chance in hell at winning against Ben or Tim.
It's laughable how the family are so deluded to think he has a chance..tweeting celebrities and what not..
All you need to do is have a quick scroll through any thread,BB FB post or BB article comments to see how universally despised Ed is.
And it's ironic that the way he treats jade is what caused all this, and made jade more liked.
 
I agree - I'm calling Drew - it's time he went. People will save the couple. All Jade lovers will save Ed as well - there ARE benefits of coupling in the house, trust me!

Do you want to be left with Ed and his clothes? theyre so wrong: too tight, or too short and too twee, he looks like One Direction but tighter clothes, and on a over developed midget ..hang on One Direction wear theirs looser

Who else wants Ed gone? I've already given 40 votes to Drew and 40 votes to Tahan! Who else has been voting?

I could give another 20 votes to each of them. Would be nice to know that I weren't the only one, though! :-P
 
I hope you're wrong. Been looking forward to seeing the back of Ed for a while now! I'd hate to be deprived of my pleasure!

However, I do see your point. Especially now as Ed has appeared to do a complete 360 degree turn around on Jade and is actually acting like he gives a rat's bum about her to a certain extent. I know. What the?! But it could result in viewers changing their minds about him and possibly hating him a bit less. Though I'd think they're crazy to do that, can't forgive him that easily for all the low acts that he's done before to Jade!!

I'm watching the big date he's having with Jade now and all I can say is, thank goodness for Surly for making him lick his plate and telling Jade that she smells like his Grandma!!! LMFAO
 
The Ed stuff tonight has me really worried, hes already got a fanbase probably equal to Drews but now its looking like he will pick up more votes after tonight. I just looked at Centrebet and Ed is oddly still at 1,08, either that changes drastically later tonight and early tomorrow morning or Drew goes with some people getting a nice sum when he does. Sadly I see no other scenario playing out other than Ed staying, whether its at the expense of Drew (most likely) or if Drews fans fret enough and save him in droves, Tahan goes.

In terms of endgame, I actually think if Ed's left in long enough and makes the finals he very well could win. Especially if Jade stays long enough and they keep the romance angle going, it did wonders for that Jamie guy years ago.
 
The reason why they made him the central character is because BB loves to play favourites.

It was Ben a few weeks ago and now it's Ed. Just so we can vote to save him more. Sad huh?

We aren't convinced. And I'm sure those who are smart would not vote for him.
 
First time I've ever voted, but after tonight's episode I just voted heaps for both Drew & Tahan. The audience will pick their HM's thanks Alex. Bye Ed

Yeah done!! And it wouldn't worry me if Ben left but I don't actually think it will do anything in the grand scheme of things anymore. Strangely enough. Apart from aggravating Big Brother big time!
