They definitely find comfort in each other. I think some people can't see it that way though, sadly.

This is why I give her a break most times. When she is with Drew, I think we see the real Jade. She is just blind to seeing how he feels. Hope it is not too late for it all.

I see it and I think it's absolutely gorgeous. I get annoyed when she seems to be sending such mixed messages, but whatever..they can figure it out and will eventually. But theirs is the most real and lasting friendship in the house, I have no doubt about that.

I have to agree with you on that even though I am anti-Jade. The other real friendship is the bromance b/n Matt & Caleb - I think it's time they just got it on! ;)

Agreed. Even when she flirts with him, it seems a little realer. He keeps her in check sometimes too - not afraid to say certain things to her, albeit in a friendly way.

I just wish Drew would man up a bit and confront her on her behaviour. I like what they have going, but I feel like he's been (willingly) strung along.

Absolutely. Another point on her flirting. With the added clip of Jade and Drew included within the episode yesterday, the flirty touchy feely thing she does with Drew is different than that she has with the other guys in the house. SO, she is flirty (which Drew seems to accept) but if its true that what they share is a close friendship it is definitely apparent in their physical familiarity with one another.

AND YES! He really doesn't let his opinion of things, when we see them chat, rest EXCEPT for how he really feels. Maybe with her up this week it forces him to say what we all think is on his heart. Also, given her circumstances of nomination, she may finally see what seems apparent, he is really the only male in the house that carries a torch for her.

And [MENTION=16031]mikidiki[/MENTION] It's so cool that even with your dislike of Jade you can still say that you do think their friendship is real :) I agree with you re: Matt and Caleb too. That's the other real strong friendship. Lovely to see.
 
ok please dont shout at me for saying this :eek: i think the only reason Jade has stuck with Drew is because the others as in Ed and Matt dont want to know her in that way,she has tried flirting with them both especially Ed. if any of them had given her the green light Drew would of be forgotten.

I agree. I think she genuinely likes Drew as a person and they do find comfort in each other but if giving the green light by the other boys he would be tossed aside.

Oh I think you are correct! But it still stands to reason that she and Drew have built what seems to be a good friendship based on his ability to see past her silliness and flirting as far as they are concerned. With out that, it would be nill...

I think there is a genuine friendship between the two. They both admit to being flirty/tactile, and that clearly shows in their relationship, hugging, holding hands at noms etc. I don't agree with Jade flirting with Ed, but Drew is wise to that too, and is still happy to receive the affection she gives him, and gives it back to her, even when he said he was going to stop. Where their relationship goes, I guess time will tell....

I know that Jade would toss him aside if given green light from Ed..but gawddd..not Tullyyyy..stay away from the darkside, Drew!!!
