It has nothing to do with 'sexual availability'. All housemates who go in who have partners don't get as involved in house activities or don't want to be portrayed in the wrong way, besides Lawson obviously. Besides Penny none of them have added much to the house personality wise either. So they failed on both accounts in my opinion.
