does anyone else get a gay vibe

That's quite possibly the dumbest thing I have ever read.

People have choices. Life is about choices and decisions. No one is forcing anyone to be gay here.

Sexuality to Tim is like milking a cow. You have a choice between milking it or not milking it. It's black and white.

You really need to catch up.

Mindless ignorant bigotry regarding sexuality is soooOOOOOo 2010.

Just a few things you've said about Ben lol

Haha. Yeah... I'm not the biggest Ben fan! :-P

I can have a crack at him all day. He's lovely, but not my type of person and not who I value as a Big Brother housemate. That's all :-)

I didn't realise Tim was the only brother among several sisters. That could explain a lot. I can picture him joining in with their girly games. I love his attitude to life and although people get annoyed with him I can't recall him being mean to anyone. I reckon growing up among all those women has given him a different perspective to most men and that's why they can't work him out. Only a thought :)

If it was a choice, why would anyone living in a homophobic society choose to be gay? And why wouldn't everyone choose to be pansexual - it would give you more options. Being asexual, I'm 100% sure that I can't choose to be either gay or straight, but if you think it's a choice, then by all means, tell me how I can 'choose' differently.

Tim didn't say that who people are attracted to is a choice, he said putting a label on it is a choice, and when you choose to use the label gay OR straight, you are choosing to pigeon hole yourself into only being attracted to people of one sex, when he believes that sexuality is a fluid thing and anybody has the potential to be attracted to people of either sex. Quite a different point of view to saying being gay is a choice.

That being said, going from that, the closest Tim identifies as is pan sexual, but I think he is more likely to be averse to putting labels on anyone's sexuality.

Are you sure you are asexual?

Because for someone who claims to be sexless, you sure LOVE discussing the topic.

From the moment he walked in. The way he talks and moves give off a very strong effeminate vibe common (not all) in gay males. Could be bi but hasn't fully realised it yet.

As much as I love watching Tim, his speaking voice is a cross between Carlotta & Jeannie Little. No judgment being made, just an observation.

This. I think the biggest problem with labels isn't pigeon-holing oneself, but rather what other people make of said labels. Bisexuality as an example...it SHITS me no end when people (usually ignorant, unintelligent, secretly homophobic men from experience) assume that 'bisexual' means needing to be involved with men & women at the same time. I stopped seeing someone once when I told him I was bi, and he asked me what I did to 'quell my urges' and did I think it was OK to cheat when 'I needed pussy'...ugh.

Yeah I thought Tim was gay.
I think he's just one of these guys that acts quite gay but is just simply a bit flamboyant.

Haha@this forum, heteros are certainly the minority here!

Tim is all over the ladies in the house - he sure loved kissing Jaz and Lucy. He talks about female sexuality the most out of the dudes (watch Late Night Feast).

He's just a little feminine. That doesn't mean he's gay.

If anything Ed seems the one with a gay vibe as he never talks sexually about the opposite sex and just leads them on without a yes/no (Jade). I don't think a guy, especially if he's sensual looking with his muscles, is that 'nice' and modest -- And there is a long thread about his sexuality in here.

Being feminine doesn't equate gay.

Talking about screwing men is gay. The guy always talked about women.

I think that's total BS. But just my opinion.

I wasn't saying it was my opinion. I was just clarifying what Tim said. People heard 'gay' and 'choice' in the same sentence and blew up (not necessarily talking about here, but I saw people on twitter just about have an aneurism over it), but he wasn't saying that 'being gay is a choice' at all. Well, certainly not in the sense that people took it. He was saying it was a choice to identify as one over the other and completely disregard any option of being attracted to the sex you exclude with whatever label you choose. I think, overall, he is just a person who doesn't agree with labels, whether they be about sexuality or anything else.

Tim who? The owner of this site?

He's straight. He hit on my sister.

Haha@this forum, heteros are certainly the minority here!
I'd like to see some more straight people here.

And before anyone says it, no I'm not homophobic, just really scared of gay people.

choose differently by not blaming society.

he may not be gay but he sure is odd . he had an annoying voice annoying laugh and he is as bad as Ben with his jamas with that damn skeleton oneses

Actually now that you mention it, this whole Tim VS Ed thing..........sexual tension? Ed also being gay and all.

Tim gave me pansexual vibes from the beginning. Then, he had that conversation with Tully where it sounded like he was a "fluid sexuality" believer, so I thought definitely pan.
