I saw a tweet after Caleb left and Ed only just scraped through from a guy saying "North Melbourne supporters unite" or something like that, so yeah, apparently guys who barrack for the team he used to play for vote for him. Not sure if many others would though.
My brother (late 30s) was here a couple of weeks ago and he seemed to like Ed. He's only been watching bits here and there and he wasn't paying much attention while he was here, but from what he did say, he seemed to think that Ed talks sense and he couldn't understand why people liked Tim. He doesn't vote though, so don't worry. 
That never made sense to me anyway because, let's face it, that's a threat, not an incentive.
