Episode Day 31 (8/10/2014) Daily Show & Nominations

I don't think they can deduct points. She only had power to see people and add points

Big Brother can change the Power at any time, its his game. We have seen in past series, where they have been able to deduct points from other people and even swap people, if I remember correctly. When they had the halfway house task, one member on the 'good' side, at random, was able to save one of the housemates on the 'bad' side. They could even save the one that had been nominated the most.

Now watched last nights episode. Sam definitely overstepped the mark, he's a fit sportsman with some strength behind those hands so spa treatment was rougher than expected. Good for Priya for apologising.

I still think Priya went over the top , it looked so messy the way she was throwing those sponges around on poor Aisha's back. She was totally aware what she was doing and how Aisha might have been feeling she should have done something about it. You can't just do bad stuff going oh I'll just apologize and it will be like I never did that. That whole thing went on for half an hour somebody said..

Anyways, I'm sure the guests will say they got 5 star treatment so that they can eat properly next week! lol

Now watched last nights episode. Sam definitely overstepped the mark, he's a fit sportsman with some strength behind those hands so spa treatment was rougher than expected. Good for Priya for apologising. So Aisha ended that session upset and understandably so. Travis had no need to approach Sam and should have let Aisha deal with the situation instead of interfering which made the overall situation so much worse. Good for Aisha and Sam having their talk later in the evening. Bad idea Travis getting involved, he came across as very controlling in that coupledom.
Let's hope Aisha backs away from Travis after he interfered and didn't leave it to her to deal with directly. Didn't make Travis look good at all.

Wow. Who has seen the latest promo for tonight? Cat gets to choose whether the entire house sees what her and Lawson got up to in the sanctuary. Do you think she says yes?

Cheaters never prosper

The Cat and Lawson saga continues!

Tonight on Big Brother the pair will have to make a torturous decision.

Will they share a video of their intimate moments together in the sanctuary so Cat is able to view footage of her fellow housemates nominating?

Cue embarrassment, humiliation and tears!

Lawson tells Big Brother he always wanted to make his mum proud after she died in a motorbike accident when he was 19.

However, cheating on his girlfriend with Cat has made him feel like he has let her and everyone else down.

“Mum once said to me that I self-destruct my relationships,” he admits.

“I feel like I’ve self-destructed my life, Big Brother. I’m embarrassed.”

When TV WEEK spoke to Lawson’s best mate Jaxon, 23, he said “it was an awkward scenario”.

According to Jaxon, Lawson’s betrayal of his girlfriend of four years, Candice Leeder, was out of character.

“Cat seemed to lead him on inviting him into the sanctuary,” Jaxon says.

“It didn’t take much persuasion obviously because of alcohol.

“That would never happen on the outside.”

Tune in tonight at 8.40pm on Channel Nine to watch the full extent of the #Cawson saga.

I know I'm a bit late to the thread. What annoyed me about last nights episode was the way Travis and Aisha both failed to address their miscommunication about confronting Sam. Instead of clearing it up with each other, they both made out like Sam was meddling and getting in-between their relationship. They both skirted around the truth and pinned all the blame on Sam, it came across as if Aisha didn't want Travis knowing what she said originally or what she said to Sam.

My theory is that if she was honest it would've bruised Travs ego and resulted in tension between them. It was almost as if she wanted the relationship calm/safe instead of being honest, which makes me think maybe it's a showmance in her eyes. Relationships need honestly, showmances need peace.

Also why does Lawsons friend think blaming alcohol and Cat 'leading him on' make cheating on his girlfriend alright. 'Out of character' or not, he still did it.

Oh please is the man so weak-willed that he cannot say NO...did she drag him in there kicking and screaming,no she didn't.He wanted to go in there,he chooses to hug her and kiss her,he chose to sleep in the bed instead of the couch. They are both equally guilty.

If his status in the house is so high, then why is he nominated?

Hmm. Hang on. I have taken 'Hitler status' in the positive way, as a reverred and obeyed leader. I guess 'Hitler status' could be meant negatively, too.

Either way, I don't think Sam has it.

I use Hitler in the totalitarian, oppressive sense.... He is still a an obeyed leader but that isn't necessarily positive. In fact, I'm arguing it's negative.

Sam is quite angry and totalising and obeyed by several housemates (ie Sandra, Lawson, Aisha... etc)
