Live stream Day 30 Live Stream - 8/12/2025

Tips for posting live stream updates:

  • Include the time in AEDT.
  • Focus on what the housemates are saying.
  • Only include notable events (a HM yelling at another HM is notable, being called to the diary room for a battery change is not).
  • Including screenshots is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • It's fine if multiple people are posting about the same events - the more details the better.

10.58 am colin asks emily if her husband picks her up and spins her around "like a cat". she confirms the picking up but i think she said he doesn't spin her. fishcam
 
11.05 am coco decides to get a dog. alana tells a funny story about her elderly dog dying years ago and one of her young children waking her up by saying "mu-um, jake's turned into a mat" (she describes the dog's final resting posture as being like a tiger skin rug)

11.12 am bruce tells coco a strange story about a childhood dog that was afraid of him and would piss on the floor if he made any move towards it

11.14 am coco has second thoughts about getting a dog because of how hard it is to get a rental with one. she used to rent but the house was sold and she now lives back in her family home, but wants to be independent again

11.17 am intermittent muting but the housemates seem to be complaining about tenancy prices and income requirements. coco: "add 3 kids on...". alana: "i was working two jobs, i physically couldn't work any more, i don't know how they expect people to do it". bruce: "it's the cost of living crisis, innit"

11.41 am alana relates some conversations she's had with conor, it sounds like he has seen children not liked by their parents and it has affected his and his girlfriends' decision (not) to have biological children. it sounds like he's a bit of an antinatalist, colin made a joke about "needing a license to have children". (if these convos were ever shown on screen i missed them). they all agree that mia will make a great youth worker

Bruce: "We're going back to normal life but it won't be normal as we know it for a while, there will be repercussions that we can't even imagine"
Colin: "I can't wait to read my DMs and see... [Audio Cut]"
 
11:53am: Seems like Colin hopes/wishes we is able to reply to all fan DMs. Emily is just realising she will get her phone back tonight, seems overwhelmed.

Lunch break time for me, if anyone wants to take over this boring conversation be my guest :)
 
12.05 pm boring convos about how those still remaining in the house were among the first to enter, itchy bites, weather, furniture

12.08 pm alana says she had lots of fun "like the best kind of boarding school"

12.10 pm housemates are waving at people on the plane ride

12.12 pm poo talk and farting from colin. i'm not going to transcribe it all because it disgusts me. but it's continuously happening. he is talking about how much joy he gets from watching other people's faces when the smell hits.

Colin asks Coco if she'd feel bad if he shat his pants. She says no. He asks if she would clean it up, she says no. He says "it would make a good ..." Cut to ads

12:55pm: Colin wonders if fans will ask for housemate signatures. Bruce says it will depend on how successful the season is.

Bruce asks who the house thinks will go into media after the show. He thinks Vinnie will go into music or modelling or acting. Allana thinks he is not tall enough.

Allana thinks Colin, Abiola and Vinnie will go on to be successful.

Colin thinks he will go on to be the president of the United States, Bruce disagrees.

Colin wants to read the “fattest hate comments” when he gets out.
 
1:06pm: Coco called to the diary room. Notable because this means some footage may be being filmed for tonight?

Bruce also says he wants to buy a jet ski.
 
1:16pm: Bruce and Colin talking about Mia. They hope she knows the "memes" come from a place of love.
Bruce can not believe she said she felt like they didn't know her yet.

Colin says that one time he walked in on Mia "just ripping into Holly". Holly ended it with "you're a beautiful person it is what it is let's just agree to disagree" and according to him "Mia was just like "slay" and Holly was just like "slay"" and he found it hilarious.
 
1.54pm Coco says she doesnt want Bruce to think she wants a baby daddy, and wondered if he was using it as an out in the beginning. Coco says shes been told no one wants to date a single mum with 3 kids. Coco says dont put too much pressure on it, and see how it goes. Bruce doesnt want to scare Coco off, because he has a lot more free time. He says Coco should feel free to drop plans with Bruce if she has the kids, he doesnt expect to be a priority.
