We might start talking about live nominations when they have a second diary room and can switch between those two rooms instead of wasting half the time calling people to the diary room and showing people walking to and from the diary room. Nobody's got time for that.

But even then, you'd still have to give me a reason why live nominations work better than a pre-recorded package.

Everybody else agreed - consider me not wrong but, unlike you, I actually justified why live nominations don't work in a single episode dedicated to both noms and house footage, rather than dedicating an entire 60+ minute special to only nominations (but thank you for conveniently omitting that from your post). That's OK, kid. We won't need a poll about it.
 
I'll be happy if they pre record it about 5 minutes before it goes to air then cut out them walking back and forth. Means there isn't a long gap from when they happen to when it airs, so we won't know who's up before it airs or not long before hand anyway.
 
Watching on delay tonight...
  • Previously on BB: Rando music already. Although not a showstopper is this previously segment even necessary when the last episode was only yesterday?
  • TBH the Previously/Tonight diagonal graphic with the oval eye and house footage behind is a bit meh. I would rather these graphics took design cues from the opening titles.
  • Mel in control room: Nice!! But one piece of feedback where she says 'let's cross to the house' - this sounds like a live cross. What's wrong with saying something like 'let's catch up on what's happened in the house'?
  • Music over the housemates waking up: Pleeeeaaassseeee stop😞. If the HMs wake up to silence, give us silence. All the same if BB pipes in music or other sounds to the bedroom that the HMs hear, then let us hear it, too. At least this music didn't play over the entire scene, that's a plus. Fly on the wall and all that.
  • Timestamps, timestamps: Transitioning to the backyard with Emily, Edward & Mia talking about deodorant, would've been nice to know what time of day this was. HMs still with food in hand so I guess it wasn't long after the previous kitchen scene, but how long? Appreciate having timestamps at all, though! Also THANK YOU for resisting tempation to insert unnecessary music in the transition scene moving from kitchen to yard. A step in the right direction, but keep on going. Now let's see about dropping the music from all the transition scenes?
  • Now in the DR for the weekly task, why is there unnecessary suspenseful music? You know where to chuck that - out of the edit suite, permanently!
