Would they let that happen? Colin could be at risk and I don't think they'd like that.

According to all their promos and press releases, there’s an eviction happening during the live show.
Probably open the show with nominations. Give 30 mins to vote.

I'll go with your 'person with the most nomination points' theory, because I doubt the HM's can nominate/vote within the tight scheduling of a live show. Didn't they take over an hour to do their last nominations after BB kept rejecting their reasons as crap? The only way that would work is if they're pre-recorded, IMO.
Here is some further confirmation. No eviction show tomorrow night by the looks of it.

That was harsh and unexpected but so was Mia’s eviction. Shifting, unpredictable rules are what they signed up for, so… I don’t feel bad for Vinnie because I remember a few short weeks ago, when the undie gang first entered the house, how cocky they were, strutting around, feeling super-confident they would win. It’s looking more and more unlikely that Colin’s going to take the prize as well, I think it might be down to Coco and Emily. The women are far stronger now, unsurprisingly, because they haven’t behaved deplorably throughout the game.
The way they just blatantly keep making up and changing the schedule as they go hahaha
It's ridiculous. They have no idea what they are doing.
