Episode Day 22 Eviction Show - 30/11/2025

That's absolutely hilarious that the show spent two weeks trying to keep Holly safe, making Michael give her HOH, editing out so many of the fights between her and Connor and people just generally being off her etc etc and she couldn't even beat Bruce to be saved tonight. After hearing that convo of her talking about her and her dad investing in minerals etc yesterday...yeah she can get in the bin with the other right wingers too.

Someone leaving voluntarily without being evicted is the definition of walking
Being paid $15k to fo something is arguably not voluntarily.
So, does this eviction actually make the rest of this season more or less exciting?
The season isn't ling enough for it to make a difference. Colin having to navigate one week without Holly is nothing compared to having up to two months ahead of him and probably intruders that would turn his head.

Maybe they went too hard with the marketing and burned themselves out leading to them serving up slop for the show.
The marketing and production would be two different teams. Hopefully next year they do correct most of their mistakes and can basically market around that - so eviction shows with a roof, a series lasting longer than 5 minutes etc.

You might not be restricted to five main networks, but that doesn't mean that everyone makes use of the added variety. Choice overload is a thing. Most people that watched FTA TV yesterday won't consider streaming today. Most people that watch FTA today won't consider streaming tomorrow. They're going to pick their entertainment from the same pool of choices they have.

I don't have data for Australia, but if you don't mind using Google Translate, i can show you data from Europe that shows that people tend to pick their entertainment form a limited pool of options. But you might also check and see if Big Brother drew a huge number of young people back to FTA or if it's mainly the ones that already watched FTA last year but now switch to Big Brother instead of watching whatever they've watched last year.

It's obviously not true for every single person, but it's true for a bigger group of people.
I think most young people watch the streaming services- netflix etc. rather than free to air and get their world info on tik tok- hence the increased use by U.S. Politicians.

I’ve defended Mel endlessly in this shit show of a season but was she bad tonight or is she just trying her best among a very poor production?

She was very off tonight but it's definitely production/Holly to blame lol
NO ONE could perform well while looking the way she did tonight. Her outfit and makeup totally sucked any confidence out of her. Sack wardrobe and makeup immediately!

On reddit someone who was there said Mike Goldman came out and told the crowd not to boo.
Ah ok. In that case I would have just stayed slient for Holly and cheered for other housemates if I was there. I certainly would have not cheered for her.

At least I saw one sign on TV that said something along the lines of It's time to go Holly.

Marketing was good. Disappointing production went in their own direction, ignoring the marketing for their show.

Totally disagree I love my Holly and cannot stand all the Karen's housemates.

I am fully expecting all three remaining women to be up. Only Ed can save us from this injustice of a beige male finale.

Agree 100%. IIRC, Conor really antagonised Ed during the Grand BB Hotel task, so 9 points to Conor and 1 to Emily using the classic 'flying under the radar' reason would really make Conor sweat.

Maybe the producers thought up the WIN scenario for Colon...

Throw Holly under the bus by having her evicted and then she will make Col'n HOH, thus immune from eviction and he sails through to the end game for the win...
