"Behind my back" = commenting on someone whilst their not there?? It's called conversation. Do people like Katie expect to be sent for whenever someone's about to mention her name? Every person in the house talks about other people in the house - that's the POINT! All hypocrites to be voted out first please, starting with Katie and Lisa.
