Our service philosophy:

- Never ignore: never walk past a guest without acknowledgment.
- Delight: go the extra mile to make the experience extra memorable.
To pass the task, you must receive a true five-star luxury experience. To our esteemed guests, may your stay be nothing short of exceptional.
With regards, Hotel Management"
Before they can react, Vinnie immediately says: "Keep in mind, there's a couple people in there (referring to the 'staff') who have not actually done anything in terms of chores." The other HMs seem confused and try to understand what he means by this. Vinnie fumbles then continues: "Coco has not done a chore" then backtracks saying she has a chore now. "For those whole two weeks she hasn't had a chore, sort of flying under the radar." He then names Ed and Holly as well. The audio is cut. (I think he thought this sounded better in his head than it did in reality. Last week was the first week of chores so the majority of HMs haven't had chores either.)
