Tips for posting live stream updates:
- Include the time in AEDT.
- Focus on what the housemates are saying.
- Only include notable events (a HM yelling at another HM is notable, being called to the diary room for a battery change is not).
- Including screenshots is appreciated but not mandatory.
- It's fine if multiple people are posting about the same events - the more details the better.

Abi and Coco chat in bed. Coco is crying. She explains that she’s gone to bed because she’s missing her kids too much, and thought it wasn’t going to be this hard. Abiola encourages her to do it for them. They speak about how hard it is to be in the house, that they are sleep deprived and feeling emotional.
