What was the point of them having the countdown watermark in the top right corner if they were just going to remove it at 5pm when they got to the news so it would get no closer to 0 than "two hours to go"?

It's just a coincidence (unfortunately). 10News and 10News+ don't normally include watermarks other than the usual network branding.

They've not followed through on their promise to upload or stream the 2006 "Unforgettable" special (which they skipped in the marathon) as a quick last-minute nostalgia hit before the launch. Since it was just a recap of various moments of the first five years of the show.

I’d say it’s all hands on deck with editing tonight’s launch show and producing the show now that it has begun.

5)… “I can’t believe that I’m really here!”…

…that’ll do it… if we take a drink every time that they say any of these things… we’ll be totally pissed by the end of the night lol!… cheers.

The social media team are also a little useless. Remember the fake Zach chaos on the streams?

Everything on the BBAU YouTube channel is meant to be blocked in the US due to CBS's deal for the Big Brother format in the country. But they've not blocked everything and a select few videos are randomly watchable in the US according to this screenshot I saw yesterday.

Of all the things they could fuck up, this should have been at the top of the "do not fuck up" list.

And a year after that is when their radio scandal happened with the 14 year old, that saw Kyle getting replaced on Idol after the 2009 Auditions.

7 then had him on their X Factor reboot panel in 2010 for one season only before rehauling the mentors for 2011 (iirc only Ronan and Guy carried over).

6) Mel asks a stock question about how they think they’ll handle (blank) in the house , or do they have a game plan and their answer is anything along the lines of ‘ oh I’ll just have to see what happens and be myself and have a good time in there etc’ lol
